What guidance do we need?
Most of us have been put into positions of having to be still awhile. With this stillness can bring extra anxiety and stress. We can go through phases of feeling motivated to feeling the need to spend the day in bed. Some times a gentle push can be helpful to breaking the cycle. Even learning something new, reading a new book, playing a new game, a change in routine. Something new to enhance our knowledge. Do not fret sometime the moments of knowledge can come to us while laying in bed or meditating. It’s amazing what things we can pick up while daydreaming. Take a moment to give yourself a gentle hug and allow yourself to feel the peace you soul can bring to you and only you. 🥰
