Everybody complains about Twilight's vampires, but tbh. Hot take of the millennium. I think they're an interesting take on vampires and their main flaw is that they're in the wrong genre. Twilight's werewolves, on the other hand... where is the bite that binds, the gift that gives, Stephanie?? Where is the unbearable passion??? Where is the MOON of it all????? And, most importantly, what's with all the fucking racism?????

to this day i cannot believe i let smeyer convince 12 year old me that the Quileute tribe was unreasonable for hating the Cullens. they could have lived anywhere else but instead they stayed in Forks and forced the wolf pack back into existence, changing the lives of the boys within it forever. it is not at all unreasonable for the tribe to hate the Cullens for taking away the youth of their children !!!!
