Dogman angst idea:

Dogman decides that he needs to control himself and act more like a man than a dog, so he gets an old shock collar Petey mad when he was evil out of storage and uses it so that everytime he does something "wrong" it shocks him. But for extra angst or whatever, he like. Hides it so no one knows he's doing it. And then when he eventually gets found out, everyone is like "omg, that's such a good idea, good job dogman!" Except for the people he knows which are like, "wtf, why are you hurting yourself. We love you so much stop" And for extra extra angst, think about the fact that the collar would probably rest on top of his STITCHES.

Here’s a headcanon:

Dogman deals with body dysphoria (this is canon in book 6) Petey feels guilt whenever Dogman has a rough day with himself, knowing it is his fault. Lil’ Petey never met Greg and Knight before the explosion, so when Lil’Petey asks what’s wrong, Petey can’t bring himself to tell his kid the truth.

“SMG4: LETS MAKE A DEAL” Spoilers

Alright so…I was wrong about something being related to the arc for the fourth episode

But I’m here to talk about Melony

HER VOICE ACTRESS, WOLFYCHU CAME BACK! HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN?! 3 YEARS?!

But those could also mean something

Usually when small SMG4 characters get their voice actors/actresses back, it means something will happen revolving around them. This was the case with Tari during Western Spaghetti when Celeste Notley-Smith returned to voice Tari starting in Grand Theft Mario, so possibly we’ll get something Melony related. This may be uncertain given we had the entire Revelations Arc (Partially Genesis Arc) revolve around her, but this was also the case with Meggy, we had her story in Meggy’s Destiny after the anime arc and we still had storylines where she had the spotlight such as Western Spaghetti, A Night At SMG4’s, and WOTFI 2024

In conclusion, we might get a Melony related storyline soon, but that’s just a theory

If y'all will spare a moment of your time, I want to talk about a detail someone on twitter noticed in the new ep. Branching this to be theory related is 99% definitely a stretch and I'm gonna sound so fuckin crazy, but I still want to at least mention it.

So this morning I was sent this tweet by a friend;

I hadn't previously noticed the silhouette in this shot, and looking back, the way the angle shifted here without any zoom definitely felt a bit off:

Now before you go trying to shut this down, I know full well there are easy explanations for it, but I'm not at all one to take the easy way out when it comes to theorizing, y'all know me >:3

Easy Explanation 1: "That's just a piece of crowd from elsewhere that was still visible in this shot" Definitely likely, if that is meant to be a hidden figure they must have reused a piece of background crowd for it, but there wasn't seemingly a reason for the crowd to be over there in this scene, and it's really strange that it's only one peeking around the pillar.

Easy Explanation 2: "It's just panning over to Melony's booth before it cuts to her" That's 100% true as part of this shot, BUT why not zoom in a little further in the process so her booth is more in focus instead of being in the distance? Why stay in that wide shot with the figure in it on the side for that long (about two seconds, about as long as the shot it panned from)? It just doesn't make sense to me.

There are already enough reasons to be suspicious that this episode will lead into the next saga chapter (Melony being fully voiced again out of nowhere, 4 nearly channeling IGBP again, etc). I'm back to being on the edge of my seat and can't wait for next week
