My attempt at photographing aurora; technically, the camera was already set by the tour guide (@photogravy from @lightsoverlapland) so I just point and shoot wherever the aurora appears 😅. The last couple shot was by the guide anyway. I’ve to say, the photos doesn’t do the auroras justice; seeing it live and dancing was really AWESOME. And we got lucky cos it was cloudy that day, but the skies cleared up when it was time. The town beneath Tjeldbergtinden. It was my first hike up such a mountain and I’d never have completed it if not for @boonping.peh. Climbing up was definitely easier than walking down (and considering my fear of heights); the locals have my admiration as they went up and down taking just less than half of the time I did!
