>She catches a very brief glimpse of M2 watching her from within a vent.<

>When the elevator doors open up, Pond is met with an abandoned factory, with several ruined animatronic mascot costumes strewn about the place.<

>However, the chase is not done yet. It's just waiting for Pond to exit the elevator.<

>M2 finally breaks through the elevator, making a hole just big enough for it's arm to fit through, but before anything can be done, they notice the elevator is rapidly reaching it's destination, and that means it'll be crushed if it tries to continue it's hunt.<

>So, for now, M2 retreats into a nearby ventilation shaft.<

>Suddenly, it feels like the elevator has gotten... heavier?<

>Pond then hears something violently clawing at the elevator, trying to get in.<

>M2 then speeds up quite dramatically, reaching the elevator just in time for the shutter doors to close.<

>It manages to grab one of the metal bars, crushing it near instantly, and begins trying to pry the doors open, before the main elevator doors close, and it starts moving up.<

>M2 slows down, giving Pond a chance to keep moving.<

>It is currently just enjoying the thrill of the hunt, and doesn't want it to end just yet.<

>Conviently for Pond, there is an elevator just up ahead.<

>M2 proceeds to give chase.<

>Pond might not realize it just yet, but it fully intends to kill her, but right now, it's just playing with it's food.<

>A metal hand finds its way under the box Pond is hiding in.<
