Hi! Do you know what the general reaction to Kamiya-san's marriage is like among Japanese fans? I saw that many are making speculations about his child, Nakamura Hikaru, etc., but because my Japanese isn't very good, I'm having a hard time grasping everything. Thank you!

Sorry for the late reply, I'm not used to using tumblr! I barely follow fan tweets nowaday but from what I understand after some digging and google translating (I'm not good at japanese either:D!): 1) Under the tweets from Livedoor news and others, there are tons, and I mean tons of people who was asking those questions and speculations rather than actually congratulate them. Just try serching '神谷浩史と結婚' on X and you'll see. Which is a shame tbh, if they can't say nice words for him then at least stfu. I can't imagine how Kamiya-san and Aizawa-san feel when reading those tweets, they want to share the happy news with everyone and receive those words in return? This led me to thinking bout the same thing that had happened to another famous person (and my fav) Hanyu Yuzuru. Kamiya-san and Yuzuru are not idols, they got treated like one, even though all they did were doing their jobs and the things they love. They shared the news because they appreciated the fans, they by no means have to, so why do Japanese medias and fans kept invading their privacy? For likes and views? I just don't get that. Shouldn't we be happy that they have found the happiness in their lives? 2) not related but I just wanna add this, I hate (hate it so much that I have to orange) how international anime fans (?) keep posting something like 'Oh [insert a random character voiced by Kamiya-san] is married' 😭😭😭 please for the love of god please separate seiyuu from their characters. It's like they don't see Kamiya-san as a person, but only as an anime character that they love, ughhh. 3) And I've found this (posted on 01/04/25). He said that he's been single for about 8 years and dated Aizawa-san for 2 years. And from what I've found online, the magazine from 2016 or sthg was never been confirmed, so... In conclusion, I just want them to be happy. The past is past, if he doesn't want to reveal it, it's his choice and I respect him, that's all.

I’ve subbed the first video of Miyu’s “Osomatsu-san Merchandise Creation Room“ series. I’m not planning on subbing the other videos.

In short, it was eventually decided that they would make T-shirts (Miyu thought that T-shirts are too ordinary, but after a long discussion with the team they found that T-shirts are the best possible and do-able choice). Also, they settled on transparent clips for the DVD tokuten. For fanclub goods, they let the fans decide in a survey again, and as a result, Matryoshka dolls of the Sextuplets were chosen (Miyu seemed really happy about it 😁).
