Hi i just read ur post that u sent 2 hours ago or so and i would like to tell something about it, though i would like to send it anonymously. About the dress t hing; plain always looks so much more elegant and it will be completely fine if u go with a cheap dress thats fine, as someone who does not have hard times financially i will go to my prom which is in 2 months with a dress that costs 18€ and its okay because it dont matter as long as i like it. And about the not having close friends and being alone there thing, guess what? thats okay too!! i used to be afraid of being alone in school or going to the mall by myself but i broke those stereotypes of mine and the more i started to be okay with it and be cool with it people started approaching me and even though i had quite superficial relations with them and did not have a close friend i started to feel lighter and was more “relaxed” about it. And you wont get to have “unforgettable” moments or a better life as long as u dont leave your comfort zone, thats what i learnt from my hs years. So what i mesn is that just go there and dont be awkward maybe join a group of girls it wont be weird🩷

hi mooties and hi everyone. I don’t normally post like this but tumblr is the only place where I don’t have ppl who I know irl.

basically in a few months I have prom and I kinda don’t want to go.

First of all I don’t have a decent amount of money for a dress let alone all the other accessories and transport and hair and makeup etc etc, im also too shameful to ask my parents for large amounts of money-I know I technically don’t have to to do all this but all of my friends are so (as loser as it seems) I don’t want to be the only one looking plain. At the end of the day I’m still a girl and wanna feel pretty, but I’m pretty sure I’ll just feel embarrassed.

second. I’m not particularly close with anyone-so I’m worried I’ll be there awkwardly, especially since large social spaces aren’t where i Flourish. I love all of my friends but I really don’t want to ruin everyone’s vibe by sitting on the side.

third- I’m not such a prominent member of my year group so with all the awards and stuff I’ll just feel left out.

I did go to leavers day/assembly and had lots of fun.

and I did want to go to prom but now that I think about it..it’s just not for me. If you went to prom or didn’t pls let me know. My family is relatively conservative with these things so I don’t really have anyone to ask.

I love that we all agree hanma is kinda mentally ill

I think hanma crashes relatively early in his life, like I’m talking mid 20s-all the fighting and booze and drugs catches up to him, and he just becomes a little more muted than his 16 year old self. A little less vibrant. Some days he finds himself looking at his Valhalla jackets (that bitch had like 10 ok) and just feeling tired from thinking of his past antics. Ok I’m not saying he’s 100% depressed and silent like bonten mikey ☠️, he still has his personality-but it tones down a little.

also I’ve read a few fan fics that make him the type of guy to get periodically in a funk where he’s just feeling nothing. While teenage him wouldn’t ADULT HANMA WOULD. Since he’s not going on the streets every night for a fight or owning a whole ahh gang, he feels like he’s lost himself a bit. Sometimes he even mourns his adrenaline filled days-knowing that if he tried now-he’d end up in prison which is even more of a drag. So he spends his mid 20s going through a second puberty, finding his place which he couldn’t make when he was younger because he was too busy beating people up-in these times you find yourself comforting him often-though he doesn’t ask, you find yourself reassuring him, because it seems like he needs it.

Coming into his early 30s, he gets back some of his ‘sparkle’-you can find traces of his 16 year old self. But he’s still tired. He has new thinks to do like, photography and travelling (vacations).

sometimes hanma sits silently to remember his youth, with kisaki ofc. But he’s not completely over it so he forcefully thinks about something else (like what he’s going to eat for dinner)-but unfortunately his ‘prime’ days will always haunt him, he’ll always feel a little expired.

headcanon that when you are pregnant with takeomi akashis baby, he’s low key an absent hubby. I mean, he doesn’t really understand (or care to learn) the needs of a pregnant woman. So Instead, senju takes such good care you, damn you feel like a queen.

But his epiphany of realising he’s lowk a deadbeat, is when he sees (or hears through the door) you crying to senju about how he’s acting. All senju can do is hug you and let you cry because, after all it’s not a lie-he is kinda absent. After that whole overhearing thing, he tries to be better. Tries. Hanmas lifestyle was never a complete mystery to you.

Gambling and combat fighting soon turned into money laundering, expensive cars and bougie meeting rooms. And while you know its not the best thing in the world- and certainly not the safest, you know him. So you choose to stay. Thats why its almost 2 am and youre sat at tipsy (probably drunk, possibly wasted-who knows how much he drank while you were in the bathroom) shuji's side on his fancy ass couch. Looking around the lavish drawing room youre in- its hard to believe it all belongs to him.Not in a mean way- Hes a messy guy, leaving his shit everywhere and stuff. He just didnt seem like the type of guy to want such materialistic things- just a bit of fun.

Anyways rant over, youre brought back to reality as he tugs on your wrist, bringing your attention onto him- just how he likes. 'cmere'

he grunts ,as he slides his hand behind your neck-not quite fervorous yet, but hes getting there fast at this rate. You chuckle at his dizzy state, pushing a long bleached strand of hair out of his face. 'slow down, if you move too fast youll faint or something y'know..' you joke- he doesnt let you tease him when hes sober. He grunts in annoyance.

'Faint?? girl i only took like 2 shots-' He cuts himself off, pulling you forward so fast that you have to steady yourself with your hands on his thighs so you don't topple over. He presses his lips to yours, quickly prying your mouth open with his tongue as his arm slides down to your back, right over your ass- holding you in place. After a few moments his breathing deepens and you pull away the tiniest bit, ghosting his lips and pulling back every time he gets closer. 'stop it...' he mutters, digging his fingers into your waist which only makes you squirm more. You chuckle and maintain about an inch distance between your lips and his. Staring into his golden eyes, hanma pants slightly- years of cigarettes seem to be catching up with him. Hes only 24. You hold his cheek in your palm, the rugged unmoisturised (ew) skin is warm and slightly clammy from the inevitable asian flush he gets from large amounts of alcohol. One peck onto his lips, followed by another as you slide your hand onto his shoulder

You shake your head in mock disappointment as you slowly slide your hand down his torso- despite his shirt you can feel the groove of his abs- a satisfying feeling. He hums, tired and gruff, just needing a good nights sleep and just cant get enough of how warm he is-every inch of his skin lower and lower until..your fingertips graze something solid?..

It takes you a moment to register…there’s no way his dick is this hard…and cold? He’s in his own world, head thrown back and eyes shut..it’s not like you both had boundaries, so you lift the shirt up a little and your chest tightens just a tiny bit. A pistol. Right in the waistband of his pants. It’s black and sleek, but simultaneously old looking. A world of violence and crime is something you were introduced to by your boyfriend, but he bubble wrapped you, putting his hands over your pretty eyes so they don’t tarnish. A gun wasn’t something you’ve ever saw in real life…you reach to grab it but his head jerks up and hand grabs yours fast as hell..his instincts are sharp.

“the fuck are you doin’? Huh?” He seems more offended than angry..

“nothing..don’t yell at me..” you pull your hand away..trying to gauge if you’re disturbed or curious about the weapon as you stare back at him, mirroring his offended face.

He has a little voice crack at the end-he shuts his mouth to avoid any more..normally you’d both laugh at his little mistakes and trip ups..but there was a slight struggle in finding the humour right now..

He shakes his head at you, leaning back to increase the distance between you both..why was he so mad? He’s not the type to get mad over nothing, you could probably accidentally hit him with your shiny car and he’d get up just to ruffle your hair.

suddenly you feel more sober and real. If there wasn’t a gun between you both you’d probably take that comment as a compliment..

for once he breaks eye contact. You never really realised how..intimidating he looked when he didn’t have a shit eating grin on his face-probably because he always had one with you. And now the little voice in his head is scolding him because you’re upset with him.

“c’mon y/n don’t cry..I thought you’d just know. I have a gun so what..” he’s almost stammering, hoping you don’t burst into tears and ask for a birkin as an apology gift (true story, you have the bag in your closet)
