#manatees! they've been in our canal a few times over the past several weeks, usually at night. the first time, so close we could've touched them. i just heard a big splash in the canal, saw a few playing, but by the time i got my phone, they were heading away. can't actually see them really in the video - other than the lighter spots travelling slowly in the water - and bc of the glare on my screen i could hardly see what i was filming, but towards the end, the lead one snorts and i got the spray, at least! #floridafauna #marinelife #backyardbeauty #nature #wildlife
