min-kyu, while not very religious, very much believes in the idea of sex only after marriage. sex isn’t important for him to develop a nice, healthy relationship, anyway. being connected emotionally is all that matters to him. and on some level, he does feel like rushing all the steps at once could potentially ruin the relationship in the long run. he makes it known to his s/o that he’d liked to take things slow, but also take their opinions and views on the matter as well and come up with something in the end that works for the both of them.

min-kyu loves to show ray his magic tricks, especially the ones involving flowers. when he notices the other man is upset, he’ll look shocked and say, “ray, i think there’s something behind your ear!” and he’ll reach over and pull a beautiful rose from behind ray’s ear! “wow! ray, the light in your smile is blooming roses right out of your head!” and he’ll tuck it into his hair and compliment how the pink color fits him better than the blue.
