there'd obviously be an expectation that their relationship would have a heavy power imbalance in scythe's favor, but she purposefully makes it so that isn't an issue, especially after she begins seeing astral as more than just a pawn for the church. scythe is just as enthralled by astral as astral is with her and it's Obvious.

they may create a power imbalance between them at times, but that's mostly a consensual dom/sub thing that helps build intimacy and trust between them and not an inherent Fact of their relationship, y'know.
