I am going to archive and move this blog.  My tags? A mess. The feeling of utterly being overwhelmed? It sucks. So I’m going to be archiving and moving Graham sometime soon. So at current, all threads are on hold until then.  I thought of adding him to my multi, but truth be told I prefer having him on his own tumblr. And I don’t feel like redoing my tags using tag replacer because that seems to be one reason mine seem to go missing and I’m not wanting to risk it here.  That, and again. This is a mess and it’s bothering me so much. So..just tossing that into the world.

Cyrus:

At the touch of Arash’s hand on his shoulder, the genie’s gaze moved towards his newfound friend. Sadness still lingered in the depths of his dark eyes, it normally remained for awhile after he wandered in memories he would much rather forget and leave in the past where they belonged.  Often he could think of the years with his family with fondness, but when it came to the last day it never brought anything but pain.

A great deal of it, sometimes it was a wonder he didn’t suffocate with the overwhelming guilt of his actions.

“I appreciate the sentiment, perhaps one day I shall believe it as well.”  Sighing, a light shrug before his hand fell away from the talisman around his neck.  “No one really considers consequences when it comes to saving those they care about, do they?”

The question was rhetorical, Cyrus didn’t expect an answer but if the other man felt compelled to give one he wouldn’t be against a conversation along those lines.  It would pass some time as they located Percy so Arash may find passage back to his home.  Smiling, he gestured towards the checkered path again, musing it would be a shame to say goodbye to his new friend so soon, but then Wonderland wasn’t really a place that everyone longed to stay.

“I suppose we should continue our search for Percy, unless you would rather a side trip to somewhere else.  Although, to tell the truth, we can probably find enough trouble without actually looking for it.  Wonderland is…well, unlike any place I have ever seen before.”

“ When it comes to the ones you care about, consequences never exist. If they do, they hardly matter.”  He spoke for the things he’d do for his family, has done for his family even though to others they were just wolves. To him they were the only thing he’s ever known to keep him safe. They protected him when humans would not. They fed him, loved him, so if he had to give up himself to keep them out of danger he would. No questions asked and consequences be damned. There was a calming smile but it soon disappeared. “ Wonderland is certainly unlike anywhere I’ve even thought of before.” Though he’s never actually given thought to anywhere else outside of his forest. But here he was under such a strange colored sky with odd shaped roads.  “ I would like to return, but there is no rush.”
