Let him steal peoples horses and convince david or kathy or sarah whoever to hop on the back. Have him obsessively learning to lasso at the lodge or during slow selling days. He learned cowboy slang and sayings and throws a fit when he cant find his cowboy hat thinking someone stole it. He calls David his beau and likes giving david his hat because it feels significant.

after the Next To Normal PBS proshot I'm mourning the Six of Crows netflix spin off so bad. Jack Wolfe's Gabe was so fucking haunting and hurting and angry and I'm mourning his Wylan. If only he'd had time to cook!!!

Imagine: "We could wake them." / "Wylan ran his tongue over his lips and spat in his father's face." / "I'll say whatever you want, Father. Just don't let them hurt me anymore." / "We were all supposed to make it."

I know it's basically the exact opposite plot-wise but stills/clips of his performance work for Wylan so well

In love with how the universal constant within the Hatchetfield saga is Paul just straight up not having a good time.

If you guys liked the whole "Stephs flannel matches Peter's suspenders and bow tie" thing then this costuming detail is in tgwdlm gonna fuck you up.

When we get our first scene with Paul and Emma, the two are dressed in their respective main outfits. These are the ones people tend to associate with them.

But throughout the show, as they get closer and bond, their outfits become more and more similar. Pretty soon Emma's lost the apron

Then at the professor's house, Paul loses the jacket

and by the time McNamara is infected, Paul has his sleeves rolled up and Emma's bow tie has come undone.

At this point, the two are at their most aesthetically similar, and also the closest they've been the entire show. This is moments before the helicopter crash and their failed kiss. They remain this way for a good chunk of time...until Paul comes back

It's like some fast-paced foreshadowing. Emma remains in her changed state, the same as her character, but Paul is back to square one. He's wearing the same outfit he was when they met, and they no longer align. She doesn't know who he is anymore.

I don't know if this was intentional (and if it was, no one explained it to Jon) but it plays out so damn well.

You can’t convince me this boy wouldn’t be the sweetest, most attentive boyfriend. So, here’s some headcanons:

Wally is a sucker for seeing his partner wearing his jacket. He’s not the possessive type, but there’s just something about seeing his embroidered name on his partner’s chest that makes his heart race.

He’s the touchy type for sure. Most of the time, he doesn’t even realize he’s doing it. It’s so second nature. A hand on their waist, their shoulder, stuck into their back pocket. Wally absolutely would casually pull his partner down to sit in his lap during a conversation, even in a group.

He’s the most thorough kisser. Wally’s giving the full experience. Those damn hands can’t help but wander — resting on cheeks, running through hair, using belt loops and hips to pull his partner in closer. If it’s up to him, there won’t be an ounce of room between the two of them. He’s not messy about it, either. He’s licking into their mouth and biting their lip, but god is he soft about it. Sweet and soft, like he just can’t get enough of the way they taste.

He looooves to share a snack. Doesn’t matter what it is, how much he himself loves or wants it. There’s always extra for his partner, usually offered before they can ask for some. Even if they beat him to it, he’s handing it over without a second thought.

You want a Wally puddle? Call him handsome. Call him strong. Call him your hero. Tell him he’s funny. That poor boy will be at the mercy of his partner so fast.
