I do not think we are going to Gotham.
Ilie mu!
We should have a little trip down to Gotham whenever the campaign for mayor really begins. I'd love to see a John's speech.
And, think of the children? They'd just love the enrichment.
— @madame-know-it-all
Gotham. Really? We could go to Vegas, honestly. Or the Bahamas. But If that’s what you’d like, I am in no position where I can tell you otherwise.
Though to say enrichment is straining the word, my dear.

Looking for a babysitter!
Preferably immortal and able to stare at bright lights for long periods of time. But, mortal is alright, too.

“They're very young— funny, given the fact they've been around just as long as I have. Lucifer likes to shake them at times.”
Moira stood beside John, nearly over his shoulder. She gave the jar a little tap with her nail, causing a set array of happy jitters and vibrations.
“Always so happy to be held by new people. Unfortunately, you've got little mortal eyes. Staring at them without a cover— that'd burn.”
She lifted his arms a tad. Simply so it was less like somebody was carrying bread in their arms over a bundle of joy.
“I'd give up the world for them. They're about all I have in terms of.. family. It's not everyday you just pop into existence.”
Looking forward to your campaign! Lucifer— my Lucifer— and I will be there on election day. With my children, of course. All tweleve.
Good luck!
— Moira.
Blimey, Miss.
Maybe ‘y shoul’ fin’ someon’ else ‘t back. ‘M jus’ a gutter mage.

Okay, okay.
They haven't got names.. not any that I know of. Now, they're very jittery, so, your hands might feel a little.. fuzzy, so to speak. I mean it, don't try to sneak any glances. I don't know magic to fix that. And! If your hands feel hot, hand them back. They get warm when they're excited.
They're stars.
Looking forward to your campaign! Lucifer— my Lucifer— and I will be there on election day. With my children, of course. All tweleve.
Good luck!
— Moira.

Oh, I don't think that's quite a good idea, deary. My lovelies are jittery, and you know, they're not good for your mortal eyes! Too bright. It'd be like staring at the sun to you! I'd just hate for you to go blind. Lucifer normally does the babysitting when I have company..
You can hold their wrapped jar, if you'd like.
Looking forward to your campaign! Lucifer— my Lucifer— and I will be there on election day. With my children, of course. All tweleve.
Good luck!

Morior invictus, John. Morior invictus.
Brilliant! Hot meal it is. My children'll be joining— don't worry, you'll hardly know they're there. They'll be under a blanket.. not good for your eyes, anyhow.
Now, how about pancakes? You seem like a breakfast at any time sort of bloke.
Looking forward to your campaign! Lucifer— my Lucifer— and I will be there on election day. With my children, of course. All tweleve.
Good luck!

Sometimes the worst happens, no? Soul selling aside, it's not a reason to curl up in an alleyway and rot without company. Nothing gets done then.
If my belief is misplaced, it's not the first time. You need to pull yourself up by your.. er, coat straps. Suppose you don't have bootstraps.
I'll treat you to a meal? If it gets you out of your slump for a moment.
Looking forward to your campaign! Lucifer— my Lucifer— and I will be there on election day. With my children, of course. All tweleve.
Good luck!

Well, that's not exactly any fun. And I'm not quite familiar with anyone in Gotham.. nor politics. I'm unfortunately above such things.
You seem a little drab, dear— not exactly as peppy as you were. Something weighing on you?
Looking forward to your campaign! Lucifer— my Lucifer— and I will be there on election day. With my children, of course. All tweleve.
Good luck!

Actually, I wonder how Time is keeping.
It has been a little bit since I've really been home, so to speak.

Fine, thank you. My children are, anyhow.
Time is a busy man. Unless there's an issue, I don't bother.
oh mighty star lady,
where for art thou in such trying times?
— @psychicforhire
Very funny, Darcy. And very poetic!
Keeping well?

It's actually quite often Moira finds herself alone.
On better days, she contemplates maybe opening a nice bookstore. On the worst ones, she thinks about flinging herself into LA's awful traffic and seeing if she explodes from the sustained damage.
“It's a silly thought,” and the other thing about Moira was her impeccable sense of narration. “Who else, if not me?”
Quirks and intense thoughts aside, it's a nice day for somebody like Moira to be out. It's especially nice, since it's one of those days her loving children require enrichment. Enrichment; not the typical word one would use for children, but, hers were balls of gas and heat in a jar. Enrichment was a perfect word for them.
She's holding a jar in her arms. A jar covered by an extremely dark blanket. Only sometimes does she move it slightly where light dances across her face— uncanny, completely unnaturally bright light. It does bring a smile to her face.
“Why wouldn't it?” She hummed. “Any mother would be proud.”
Of course, it's as Moira is toddling along that she fails to pay attention to her surroundings. Motherhood; so all-consuming for her. Almost as all consuming as her archiving! She stumbles, bumping into some stranger. She fumbles with her jar, nearly losing it to the pavement.
“My stars and garters,” as the title of the blog suggests, “I'm so sorry! That could've ended very poorly for both of us, you know.”

“Maybe I should reorganize ‘S—’ it has been over a century,”
Moira tapped her chin. Truthfully, she didn't believe anything to be unorganized. Then again, she also didn't believe in the normal organization of her own desk.
“Need?” She flapped her hand. “No, I don't need anything! I just like to talk. Always funny to see other beings just toddling about.” Moira shrugged.
“I don't necessarily do the.. deal thing. Nothing for sale! I'm made of gas and heat.”
You're a different fellow. I don't think I've ever seen you before.
I don't think I have record, actually, either.
— @madame-know-it-all
"No, I don't believe you would. Shame. I go by many names but most call me The First Of The Fallen. Or simply, Satan. How may I assist you?"

It's not about the place, deary, it's about the reason we're going. You should see the delightful posters.
It'll be fun. We'll have fun.. I hope.
Oh! but just think of how happy they'll be! You know, they don't get out of LA much. I always have them babysat when I go places.
Ilie mu!

I'm sure.
Unfortunately, I'm a very busy lady in LA. Twelve little darlings, Lucifer. Lots to fill my hands.
But, a little trip wouldn't ever intrude on those matters! My sweethearts need some outside time every once in a while.. and I'd love to see what you put together for a campaign speech.
You are a funny John!
Funny.. curious.
Are you going the full nine yards for mayor? Posters? Slogans?
— @madame-know-it-all
Well, I ‘ave me pal @palmertechceo supportin’ me money-wise.
An’ why not! Few signs with me mug on ‘em can’t be that bad.

Curious, absolutely.
I'm sure something will figure itself out! I'll have to give Gotham a little stop-by if things are getting this interesting.
