Literally Ateez if they were in the American Highschool Theatre Kid Experience. (I only did backstage for like half a year so forgive me for some inaccuracies.) Also when I refer to the soundbooth it has both sound and light.

Hongjoong

Hongjoong lives in the soundbooth

He's the lead technician there and takes his job very seriously.

Every rehearsal he shows up early, black coffee in hand

One time he even spent the night in the booth

Yes, he got in trouble for that

When lights and sound aren't needed, Hongjoong's helping wardrobe

He's out there bickering with Seonghwa over how much they should take the sleeves in for San's costume

San's just standing there t-posing

"Can I put my arms down now?"

"No!" Seonghwa and Hongjoong shout in unison

Seonghwa

Wardrobe is his domain

Seonghwa loves to tidy up the costumes and has them organized perfectly by size and color

It's a beautiful rainbow there

Has beef with Hongjoong and the backstage people

Hongjoong because he's always in Seonghwa's business

Backstage because they're so messy and leave their junk everywhere

All the performers love Hwa though

He makes sure no one looks ugly on stage

Runs quick changes like a Navy admiral

It only took a matter of seconds to take off Jongho's fursuit in their production of Beauty and the Beast

Yunho

You would think he's a performer

But he actually works backstage

They needed someone tall enough to move the larger props

He's mainly there to just chill though

Everyone loves him, even Seonghwa

He's also a versatile performer as well

Ate as Charlie in Kinky Boots

He was twerking on the runway in the iconic red boots

Otherwise, he's an excellent understudy

Like he's a triple threat (ngl all of Ateez are)

Yeosang

Stage manager

Only got the position because no one wanted to do it

Loves telling the performers to shut tf up when they're being too loud backstage

But sometimes he's feeling shy so he'll get Yunho to do that for him

His headseat is comically big for him

Despite his intense babygirl energy, he's out there lifting tables and chairs

Not a single sweat broken

Gave up telling Mingi and San to stop jumping around

He can pretty much tell when they're going to fall, but they never listen to him

San

Constantly getting told to shut up by Yeosang

He's willing to do anything for theatre

And puts 1000% into everything he does

The amount of mics he's broken is astronomical

When Yunho was Charlie, he was Lola

Acted as a cockroach once in some obscure play

Yes, he made the crawling noises with his mouth

Fools around with Yunho, Mingi, and Wooyoung

The four get in trouble by Matz and Yeosang

He usually slips away when they're getting scolded and act like he got called on stage

Mingi

He's usually at the soundbooth with Hongjoong

Loves messing around with the mics

Screams "Fix On!" out of nowhere

Got a handful from Seonghwa and Yeosang for that

Aside from the soundbooth, he's backstage

Mainly for Yunho

Despite his large size, he struggles with moving props

He's heaving and everything but the cabinet moves an inch

His calling to the stage came for Hamilton

The fancam of him as Hercules Mulligan went viral online

Wooyoung

If Yeosang's on stage left, he's on stage right

Yes he abuses the headset

Likes to bark into the mic connected to Yeosang's headset

Yeosang gets so pissed

Surprisingly good at running the sound booth, despite never properly being trained

One time Wooyoung was tasked with painting some prop walls

He did the job impeccably

If you don't count the paint that got all over Ateez

Proposed a group shower to remedy this

Yeah, pretty much no one took him up on this offer

Jongho

He's born for the stage

Yeosang tried to poach him for backstage but Jongho yearns to sing

Has a soft spot for Yeosang so he'll help out when he's not busy

Obnoxious warmups that can be heard well beyond the green room

Always gets a lot of applause when he takes his final bow

During tech week he takes vocal rest seriously

However he'll still get across that he wants to jump Wooyoung through violent gestures

In fact, he did tackle Mingi down once

Ateez Reaction - Cheese Touch

It all started with a moldy piece of cheese. No one knows exactly who or when, but someone in the kpop industry placed their fingers on it. It soon spread, to the point where idols would pass each other with their fingers crossed whenever they were on music shows or festivals. Eventually, it mades its way to eight certain people.

Hongjoong

Cares the least out of all eight of them

Yeah, he tried so hard in the beginning

He was chasing people (Wooyoung) down and everything

But that got exhausting real fast

He has better things to do

Tired Dad

The Cheese Touch will die with him

Seonghwa

Oh it's on for Seonghwa

Takes it seriously

He's running after everyone screaming

Not the best strategy, so he has a tough time

Seonghwa eventually rage quits

But he keeps track of the scores and statistics

Yes, it's Mingi's 46th time getting the cheese touch

Yunho

Yunho loves a good game

Of course he's a sweat

While he can outrun a lot of members due to his long legs, Yunho relies on guerilla (break the wall) warfare

He's willing to shove himself into the tightest corners and wait for hours

Disguised as the bathroom door to jump Seonghwa

Unanimously declared the best player

Yeosang

Not too much of a serious player

So it's not surprising that he's not the best player

Anyways he thinks it's dumb for the most part

He keeps his mouth shut when he gets the cheese touch

He will walk up to someone randomly and get cuddled

But then he gently taps their shoulders

"Cheese touch"

San

Oh lord

Takes it the most serious

Fingers crossed 24/7

Partner in crime: Wooyoung

Pre-made speeches for when he tags someone and when he gets tagged

Will fall to the ground dramatically, singing when he gets the cheese touch

Mingi

Biggest victim

Got a trophy made from cheese for being the most tagged

It's not like he's the easiest victim

Hongjoong, and even Yeosang are easier targets

But what's the fun in that?

Mingi will scream, and jump in the air with his skyscraper legs

Usually he ends up passing the cheese touch right back to whoever tagged him as revenge

Wooyoung

San's partner in crime

But Wooyoung here is a cheater

He's pretty much teamed up with everyone

How else will he get the best view?

Doesn't take it too seriously as a player

But he sure finds it funny whenever someone gets tagged

cackling, phones out

He will send it to the groupchat

Jongho

He will do everything to not be last

While usually somewhat docile, the hyungs learned the hard way that he will put them in a headlock

However, on the rare occasion where he has the cheese touch, Jongho becomes a menace

He'll wait a few days to make everyone nervous

And wiggle his fingers over the members

When his members least expect it, Jongho will swoop in and pass the cheese touch

Ateez Reaction - Running You Over With Their Car

You decide to take a stroll during the night, exploring the beautiful city of Seoul. Finding the nightlife too hectic, you opt for one of the quieter areas. All is well, until you decide to cross a street on a small road. Before you know it, you're greeted by two bright lights and almost instantly, darkness along with the smell of rubber. Perhaps it wasn't the best idea to wear dark clothes tonight.

Hongjoong

Hongjoong stops his car immediately, brakes slamming comically loud and the tires screeching

He rushes out of his car, cursing both out of frustration and fear

He sprints to your crumpled body and starts shaking you frantically

You jolt up and curse him out for literally running you over

He just looks at you with that panicked squirrel expression

"Please don't sue me"

"I'm going to sue you"

The court cooks Hongjoong after a look from his dashcam

To make up for his losses after his legal defeat, Hongjoong releases a new song

Music critics praise it for its percussion

Until you decide to listen closely (he was your op but he sure knew how to make bops)

Turns out he literally sampled the exact moment where his car and your body collided

Seonghwa

The prettiest man you've ever seen rushes out of his car

Even the darkness of night can't his perfect features

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry"

Seonghwa rambles on, his boba eyes showing genuine concern

You're a sucker for people that actually take accountability and Seonghwa being a super gorgeous person is a bonus

He reaches his hand out and you reach for it

You only grab onto a fistful of sleeve

You look up

Seonghwa is wearing the most convoluted shirt ever and he managed to look so elegant

His shirt has ridiculously big sleeves and lots of ruffles

The sleeves fully envelop his hands

There's no way he could've had control of the wheel wearing those

"Why tf were you wearing those gargantuan sleeves?"

After a lot of angry questioning, Seonghwa confesses

He did see you before running you over (accidentally)

But his hands physically could not grip the wheel due to his shirt

Which he fully knew before taking the wheel

But there was no way he'd wear something ugly

Yunho

He does the right thing (mostly)

Yunho rushes over to you and makes sure you're all good and dandy

You aren't, but that's a problem for another day

Yunho fervently starts apologizing

Turns out he decided to leave the house after a Mario Kart marathon which spanned for several days

Yunho explains that this gaming marathon caused him to hallucinate being in Mario Kart while he was driving

Yes, he thought you were an item box

Of course you get mad

Not only did he game to the point of delirium, but he thought you looked like those holographic minecraft looking cubes

In an attempt to get you to calm down, Yunho explains that it could have been worse

He could've been playing Valorant

Wait, how could that be possible?

Don't tell me that he has access to military grade artillery...

Yeosang

You lie on the asphalt as the car drives away

Did you legit get hit and run?

Accepting your circumstance and also being too lazy to get up, you resign yourself to your fate

The stars look beautiful tonight

You hear engines revving

The car had turned itself around, revealing the driver, one of the most handsome man you've laid your eyes on

Too bad he doesn't have his eyes on you

"Oops wrong turn"

Yeosang is looking at his GPS while on a facetime call with Wooyoung, who is giving him directions as well

His car is headed straight towards you

For the second time that night, you got run over

"Yeosang what was that?"

"I think that was a speed bump"

San

San stumbles out of the car

He sees you lying helplessly on the floor

There's tire streaks all over you

You're not moving

In fact, it was hard to tell if you were breathing

You were fully conscious and not that hurt

However you were trying to make the lawsuit money as high as possible

As a big advocate of health and fitness, San rushed into action

His members clowned him for getting CPR certified

But oh if they could see him now

Using all of his strength, San went for chest compressions

He even sang Wave to keep his compressions perfectly timed

So the thing about CPR is that the movies don't show how hard you have to actually do them

"EUGHGHHHGGHGHG"

"Yay, you're alive!"

You learned the hard way that CPR can break ribs

Mingi

It takes him a while to register what happened

Not because he's in shock, but because his stereo is on max volume

When his car made contact with your body, he thought it was just the bass going ham

Until he sees a lump in his rear view mirror

Mingi pulls over right next to you

His tires are like 2 cm from your face and you were praying the whole time as he reversed way above the speed limit

You're trying to have a conversation with him

However he's literally rapping along to the song playing

He's really good, but time and place

"Bro I literally got run over tf are you doing?"

He holds a hand up, and you can see his designer rings

"The beat is about to drop give me a sec"

Mingi bursts out dancing

Wooyoung

The driver takes his sweet time to park his car

Wooyoung leaves the car, wearing a nice pair of shades

Why was this man wearing sunglasses in the middle of the night?

Soon enough, he's standing over your fallen body

You feel a kick

You tilt your eyes to see the most cartoon looking shoes you've ever seen

Those clompers could level out an entire termite mound

"Stop kicking me with these goofy-ah stompers"

"Then maybe you shouldn't have gotten run over"

"Excuse me???"

"Skill issue"

You shoot up, pure rage and pettiness fueling your newfound energy

It doesn't take long for you to run to his car

Seoul Hospital admits two patients that night

Jongho

Jongho immediately clocks that he ran over someone

Even if his karaoke playlist on spotify was all the way up, and he was belting for his life

He actually helps you up

You think it'll go all well and dandy, after all this lad is so polite

Until he reaches out into his pocket and pulls out cash

It's a good sized wad

"How about we both decide this never happened?"

Is this man seriously trying to bribe you?

The money's tempting, but his Mercedes Benz indicates that there's more to be won through a juicy lawsuit

You refuse the money

Jongho lets out a hearty sigh, but he doesn't seem distressed at all

"This is going to ruin the tour"

"What tour?"

"The world tour"
