Please say that in Max Curry’s name, “Curry” came from “hurry” because funny speed pun 🙏

sorry to disappoint but it's from his hero name (Mercury) bc i came up with that first! its still technically a speed pun bc it sounds kinda like "Mercury" if u say it fast enough. Mercury is also the Roman equivalent of Hermes and he's strongly associated with speed.

tbf that's pretty spot on for how i come up with names for paras/ocs/characters (terrible pun names r my fav. obvi) so like. ur not WRONG per say,,i will find a way to make people confuse/mishear Max's last name to be "hurry" now tho bc its funny and would give him 7 heart attacks thinking his identity has been blown every time it happens. and i think my paras panicking is funny.

Darius art doll

Commission I made for talented AbzJHarding, and this character is from their comicbook Parliament of Rooks. (I hightly recommend you to go and check out their illustrations especially if you're into gothic stuff)

Doll is 75cm full length from the tip of beak to the tip of tail, fully poseable with wire skeleton inside. Green parts glow in UV light.

Head and claws are printed in durable resin. Fabric fur, feathers, wire, acrylic paint, varnish.
