Woke up today and lost .6 lbs really confused because I ate so much yesterday and the day before that I only ate a net of around 200 and lost nothing 😀
Didn’t count today because it was a holiday I didn’t bing I just ate with my family and enjoyed myself today I did do an intense 1 hour hit though as well as playing games outside with my family so I figure I also burned a lot of calories
Celery salt lemon pepper lemon juice or any seasoning of your choice 0 calories
Pam no cal cooking oil 0 cal
Minced garlic 1 tsp 5 cal
Directions
Chop up your broccoli tomatoes and onions into really small bites and take out your dumplings from the freezer to thaw
In a pan turn onto medium heat spray a generous coating of the pan cooking oil then add a tsp of garlic after that add all your vegetables in a pan after that I suggest cleaning your knives and cutting board
Take out a preferably non stick pan again medium heat and spray the pam oil then take out the dumplings and cook as many as your want after 2-5 minutes flip them onto the other side make sure to stir so they don’t get stuck to the bottom
Now it’s time to season your vegetables take all the dry seasonings and put them in now with a 1/4 cup of water and let them steam stirring occasionally once the onions turn clear that’s when you know it’s time to put your soy sauce on turn it on low and cook for a couple more minutes
Then once your done put them in a small bowl and enjoy
What I ate today minus dinner which was a cup of mixed veggies I’ll do a body check tomorrow I feel for the start of April but I’m too tired to right now
Heyo first day went pretty well that’s my net dinner really freaked me out because I had to eat with my family and they put so much oil in the veggies I only ate a cup but it’s better to over estimate I feel I was so mad bc I had my meal planned and everything so I went out and jumped on my trampoline for a couple hours then did my Alexis ten ab workout so yeah 😃😀 I feel great though no cravings
My net calories was 172 after workouts should I do my net or consumes idk???
Posting this thinspo because this is kind of my ideal body type maybe a bit thinner I think I’m like 10-15 pounds away from looking like this bc ya know my thighs are kinda thick and my waiste is kinda square
