Remember, In a college party or just a casual meet up chilling with your friends enjoying the breeze , gazing hopefully in the  sky, Listening to your favorite Wiz khalifa song,  feeling and flowing with every word of this song , laughing obnoxiously , you feel to have control on every movement your body make and you feel the strength to control this world like you are the almighty lord or a real life superstar , waiting eagerly as if ages have passed since that joint last came back to you and your guts calling out loud to feed them with all the sweet and carbohydrates  you can get hold of – Well Yes , dear that's what it feels like being stoned . But in the midst of that high did you ever wonder, smoke that you are inhaling reaching out to your lungs messing up with your normal physiology might actually be beneficial. Here I would tell you about some of the interesting health benefits of marijuana, now some of you might be thinking -YES, DOCTOR we know that's the high we enjoy and that is the actual benefit, helping us to let go of all the sorrows and emotional pain, helping us land into a whole different zone of happiness. BUT WAIT THAT’S NOT ALL. Some researches have actually shown that cannabis can help with pain and not just emotional pain but the bodily aches you might be having after a hectic day at work. What? Well yes that’s actually true, so now whenever you come back home from a ruthless and a hectic day at work you might actually role up that joint. HAPPY?. Well here is next one for you, marijuana can help relieve depression and anxiety and yes that's what we all do when we are anxious - Tell us something new DOC. Now, there are some studies which suggest that marijuana can cause lung cancer but there are some which suggest cannabis can actually be used for treatment of some cancers. And apart from that there are some obvious benefits of marijuana such as treating glaucoma, epilepsy and multiple sclerosis and had been shown to be beneficial in improving outcomes of some of these diseases. But I would surely not recommend its use, because it will also have real bad effects on your lungs and mental health. But are you seriously even considering the harm , I know you are here for all the good things I can tell, so next time when you light up that joint you may actually not feel bad about it.  But the risk obviously outweighs the benefits marijuana provides. So at the end all I want to say is chuck it and HAPPY SMOKING. And wait not the tobacco just the weed cause tobacco would have some serious bad effects,so don’t spoil your health and your mood by adding tobacco just enjoy that blunt.

Covid 19 myth busters
Hello, new day new topic and some new interesting facts.
 First and foremost, COVID-19 which is caused by coronavirus, is a VIRUS as the name suggest so please stop defaming the virus which cause biggest pandemic of new world by calling it bacteria. I know its lame but some people would actually do that, so my educated audience I expect you to not make fun of yourself by calling it bacteria .And yes if it’s not a bacteria, antibiotics would not have any beneficial effect in treating COVID infection.
Now I know most of you like to stay fit and keep those muscles pumped up , and my fitness enthusiasts and COVID concerned public must be going out for a long run  wearing that mask feeling invincible , So let me tell you my fitness enthusiasts and health conscious audience that  if you by any chance have a heart or a respiratory condition that mask would surely kill you maybe the coronavirus would not.” Wearing mask while exercising - THATS A BIG NOOOOOOO……. Now it’s your right to ask WHO told you that? Exactly WHO our world health organization clearly states that People should NOT wear masks when exercising as masks may reduce the ability to breathe comfortably. Sweat can make the mask become wet more quickly which makes it difficult to breathe and promotes the growth of microorganisms. The important preventive measure during exercise is to maintain physical distance of at least one meter from others.
Just yesterday I bumped into an old friend who started to act like he would end up having an respiratory attack after waking few steps across the street, Now as a concerned friend  I asked him what’s the problem?? What he stated, gave me a mini heart attack. And he said which I quote “maybe because of wearing mask all day long I might be oxygen deficient or maybe it’s because of carbon di oxide intoxication”. - "Well dude that’s just your morbid obesity" - wearing mask for longer period may be uncomfortable but in no ways interfere with your breathing pattern.
Now this one is my favourite, these pharmaceutical companies are selling us alcohol-based sanitizers, looting our money. Why not just cleanse our whole body by boozing rather than wasting our hard earned money on sanitizers -  You would not listen to your doctor I Know, but still I feel like it’s my responsibility to tell you that there are more than 30 percent chances of your dyeing of alcoholic intoxication with less than 1 percent chance of death due to COVID infection and NO alcohol would not cleanse your body from COVID but would surely cleanse liver out of your body. Well it’s your choice – Happy boozing! Just don’t blame me later.
There are some medical settings which claims hydrocholoroquine might be effective in treating coronavirus infection but till date we do not have any proof of its efficacy for treating COVID infection and there is no obvious cure to this pandemic till date. So, don’t go to pharmacy and stuff your body with hydroxychloroquine, and if you do just look at its side effects on higher doses and you can decide for yourself if you still want to take it.
And at last please enjoy whichever wheatear it is in your country , don’t wait for winter or summer, extreme temperatures can land you up having a heat stroke or a cold foot but coronavirus will live enjoying this harsh temperatures and chances are maybe you would not.
Piece of advice just maintain healthy distance and hygiene, constantly wash your hands and wear masks and personal protection on visiting public places, as long as you stay home you would stay safe and have faith on our competent researchers to come up with a vaccine soon because that’s the only way to achieve enough herd immunity to halt this pandemic.
