Modern Winter Rental For quite a while I’ve been wanting to build a modern rental lot for Granite Falls and terrain tools made me even more excited to try it out. I’m super happy with the build - I want to live here! I think the terrain looks really good in Granite Falls, especially in the snow. The house does have a nice pool and I think this would be a lovely place to take your sims during the summer as well! You can have your sims live here if you place the lot in another world. The interior style isn’t very personalized though, so you might just want to add a bit more decoration if you want your sims to live here. Unless you enjoy the way it looks already of course!  This build has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It’s CC free and built in Granite Falls.
