I just realized that I really don’t fuck with methods no more. that’s perfectly fine though because we don’t need methods but it took me a long time to grasp that, because when I was first introduced to shifting methods seemed like that was the only way to do it.

but now I feel dreadful when I think of methods well, specifically sleep ones with a bunch of steps the point of sleep methods is to eventually fall asleep and wake up in your dr right?? why do I haft to stay awake to do three hundred steps for something so easy?? like it was always so confusing to me
