What Is Characteristic Of Product Functional Testing
Maeon Laboratory provides independent service providers and businesses with a wide range of product testing services. Our product performance testing services enable you to deploy defect-free items fast while maintaining a focus on market expansion.
We have the professional knowledge and technological capabilities to provide exceptional quality assurance services such as functional testing, durability testing, thermal shock testing, and fatigue testing, among others. To provide professional product testing services at a cheap price, we customize testing frameworks, tools, and procedures.
Characteristic of Product Functional Testing:
Product functional testing refers to what it can do. We dont have a product without functioning. The functionality supports the users in their daily work or their leisure, as the case might be.
Functionality can be assessed at practically any level of testing, including:
We may test the functionality implemented in single components using component testing.
We can evaluate functionality built in single systems across a variety of integrated components using system testing.
Product testing allows us to evaluate all of the products features.
The existence of a set of functions and their specific features in the product is covered by the quality attributes. From the perspective of a declared or implied set of users, the functions are those that satisfy stated or assumed demands.
Product functional testing entails evaluating a products functionality in conjunction with its use cases. It covers other important characteristics of the system, such as fundamental usability, accessibility, scalability, and security, in addition to the systems functionality. PTLs testing methodology is well-structured and based on well-established industry standards.

What Are The Services Provided In Polymer Material Testing?
The polymer Material Testing at Maeon Laboratory Center was founded with the goal of conducting research on diverse plastic materials, elastomers, composites, and foam, as well as offering technical services and consultancy. The laboratorys primary responsibility is to conduct research and provide effective solutions for polymer industry problems.Your polymeric material testing spectrum of uses is extending into practically every aspect of human life.
As a result, its critical to ensure the safety of your materials. Our polymer material testing services include extensive measuring and testing to verify that your polymeric products are used safely and efficiently. Our laboratories test a variety of polymeric material testing for mechanical, thermal, electrical, flammability, and optical properties.
The following are some of the testing we do on plastic materials and products:There are a lot of plastic sheets and films used as packing materials.
Sun panels for PCs
Floors made of plastic
In electric and electrical products, plastic constructions are used.
Materials that reflect light
Bags made of woven materials
Polymer Material Testing offers the following services:
Plastic, rubber, and composites analysis, as well as polymer base determination
- Filler content determination - Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) thermal analysis, including Cp, Tg, Tm, and OIT
- Thermogravimetric analysis, often known as thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), is a type of thermal analysis that involves measuring the mass of a sample over time as the temperature varies.
- Hardness testing (shore A and Barcol hardness testing) - Sampling techniques (injection molding, rubber vulcanization, cutting with CNC etc.)
- Plastic tensile testing, rubber tensile testing (equipment includes an extensometer), composite, foam, wood, textiles, paper, film, and other materials (Elmendorf tear tester)
- Polymers, wood, firebricks, and concrete strength, compression, and bending modulus

What Are The Effect Of Thermal Shock Testing?
Temperature Shock Testing is another name for thermal shock testing. During this testing, products are subjected to alternating low and high temperatures in order to accelerate failures induced by repetitive temperature fluctuations in everyday use.
Thermal shock testing lab are frequently employed for reliability testing because they can successfully imitate identical stress conditions that may occur throughout the course of a products life cycle but in a much shorter and accelerated time frame. The testing results can also be used to pinpoint places where a product could be redesigned to eliminate flaws that could result in product failure and costly warranty rework or recalls.
Why is testing necessary?
With lab-controlled, reproducible simulated temperature change cycles, failure analysis is possible. This test is required by some standards, but it can also be used to help with quality assurance when unexpected temperature fluctuations may occur in the intended end environment of use for the product.
What is the Process of Thermal Shock Testing?
The device under test (DUT) is placed inside a basket that automatically moves between hot and cold zones within seconds to achieve a quick temperature change. An air-to-air or liquid-to-liquid system can control the temperature of these zones.
The Thermal Shock Test can be carried out in one of two ways: by linking two climatic rooms with different temperatures using an elevator that transfers the material from one environment to another, or by rapidly changing the temperature inside a single climatic chamber.
The following are some of the most common issues that might arise as a result of thermal shock exposure.
Glass vials and optical material shatter.
The slackening or binding of moving elements.
Component deformation or fracture.
Surface coatings cracking.
Sealed chambers leaking.
Insulation protection has failed.
Differential contraction or expansion rates of various materials, as well as induced strain rates.
We provide this service, and our lab is fully equipped with the essential tools.
