this might sound weird but im really considering archiving this blog and making one private...

GREAT . Balthier was INTRIGUED by the place because of it’s status as a temple – he thought the area would be ABANDONED , like the Tomb of Raithwall or the Stilshrine of Miriam in his native Ivalice , yet if there were PEOPLE worshipping inside , it would make STEALING any possible treasures rather DIFFICULT … if there were treasures to be found in the first place . Plus , places and objects of WORSHIP had often screwed him over before , and he wasn’t about to continue that trend now . Perhaps it was because Balthier himself wasn’t really a RELIGIOUS PERSON ; if anything , the meddling of the Fates had only WORSENED his luck in life so far . All he could do was believe in HIMSELF , seeing as it had been his own drive and URGE FOR FREEDOM that had gotten him to the status he had today .  ❝ RELIGIOUS ?
