some rules for losing weight:
try to fast at least 20 hours in between your meals
drink a lot of water, especially sparkling water will make you feel less hungry
do not eat breakfast, you will be less hungry during the day
do not eat when u r alone, there are enough situations where u have to eat when somebody’s around
do not eat all day long and eat a small portion of what ur parents are making for dinner
avoid to eat carbohydrates, they will make you gain weight
do not get into the habit of eating snacks
if somebody offers you food decline it, it will make you feel much better
try to work out everyday (work out at least everyday you’ve eaten something, but do not take it as an excuse for eating)
stay busy, it makes you forget about food
if you feel hungry:
look at meanspo / thinspo
drink a cup of vegetable stock, it tastes great and makes you feel as if you’ve eaten something
keep thin king of your goals
eat very low calorie foods (e.g. sellerie, cucumbers, etc)
eat chewing gum (sugar free!)
tell yourself that you’re not hungry, you just got appetite (there’s a big difference)
keep thinking of how proud you will feel if you will not eat throughout the whole day
work out
do not think that it won’t matter if you eat that tiny bit, it will make you much more hungry
look up the numbers of calories of the food you’d like to eat
make yourself feel bad
look in the mirror thoughts
think of all the mean comments you ever got on your weight
DO NOT GET WEAK!
