Rewatching Transformers: Prime and seeing the twins fates broke my heart all over again. 😔💔 So I decided that for my AU I would be bending the timeline however I need to in order to keep Dreadwing and Skyquake alive, AND to have them join the Autobot cause.

The number of times Optimus extended his hand to these two specifically, wanting to stop fighting and stop this war.. it kept stirring up the idea that these two, if given the time and right circumstances.. could have potentially had their minds changed.

Or not, who knows <XD all I now is that I love the idea of these two being reunited and having a redemption arc too much to NOT write it into my AU.💙💚

have u seen those fics or art where instead of dying dreads ends up on griffin rock after regeneration. i live for those rescue bots twins AUs.. put that old jet on the island with the younger robots.. give blades another flightframe to look up to, give chase someone with an honour code to teach him, give heatwave someone experienced in combat and life to learn from, give boulder someone with a love for engineering and maybe even a surprising soft spot for nature .. hed fit well on there like. i doubt he wants to return to the war after the loss of his twin and his master.. he could find himself there again..
