Midnight Rambling #18

-I have my rambling

-One, BAM you literally just recreated a calzone in a different shape

-Two, right now I am in a car about more than two hours from home at 12:24 at night

-I’m tired

-I’m being entertained by Dear Hank and John (a podcast)

-I do enjoy listening to the podcast and it is probably the only thing keeping me happy right now I watch some downloaded shows on my phone or fall asleep.

-What is weird is that I can usually stay awake (happily) until like three, but right now I'm just super tired.

-On the other hand, I got to see the eclipse in totality for more than two minutes!!!

-It was amazing and if you are ever in a situation to see it… You should.

-Well I'm probably sleeping all day tomorrow

-Done now

[Note: RAD didn't get home until around 4 am. There was an accident on the highway RAD had to go home on that took from than five hours to clear up.]

[Warning: Slight rant]

-I've got my rambling for today

-Is it that weird to know extra about a certain topic?

-I mean, yes, I like watching k-dramas and anime, but what so weird about that? I am just enjoying a type of entertainment that was made for that purpose.

-So what? I like to learn about other countries and languages

-That's only because the one I live seems to be falling apart

-What if I like space? Sure I can tell you about black holes and almost all the Star Trek series....and Star Wars too... What does have to do about anything?

-I just happen to have a dad who watched around me growing up

-So what if I know about electrolytes and protein? I just happen to have a mom who is a nutritionist.

-I'm sorry that I am more knowledgeable on different languages then you, it just interests me

-Perhaps you could tell me what makeup brands there are

-So what? I'm not like other girls... Yes I can play three different instruments and sing. Yes I could write your name in calligraphy. Yeah, I could recommend some K-pop songs. Sure, I could say thank you in 4 different languages, perhaps more.

-Just let my brain be where it is

Midnight Rambling #14

(This one is about BAM who has trouble going to sleep)

(RAD is giving her advice)

RAD- Put your phone down, go to your bed, lie down, close your eyes and sing a lullaby (a nice one) in your head

BAM-It won’t leave me alone gosh it’s the most terrifying thing on this godforsaken internet [Referencing something that was said earlier]

RAD- That usually helps me fall asleep

BAM-Why what oh okay

BAM- Okay

BAM- What is I hear a creep sounds

BAM- I’m very paranoid and extremely over imaginative

RAD- Actually I can basically sing any song in my head, but I don’t think you can do that… You would just get hyper again…

RAD- Dude… You know about my imagination… Why do you think the lullaby is there… You focus on the song, make sure you are singing it right

BAM- I actually listen to music in my head where there is none so I get what you’re talking about

BAM- Ohhhhhhhhhhh

BAM- I get it now

BAM- Okay

BAM- Good Morning

RAD- Actually it is only 11:23 here so [RAD has been traveling]

Midnight Rambling #13

-I think I’m gonna tell you a story about my Grandma M, my mother’s mother.

-At Yellowstone the animals just roam around.

-Like the bisong go on the boardwalks and the geysers and stuff

-So my family was at one of the sights and the boardwalks are pretty close to the parking lot

-An my grandma was going to leave with one my aunts and so she was getting into the front seat of a van

-When all of a sudden a bison decided to walk through the parking lot

-Then it started to walk on the sidewalk close to the car

-My grandpa, who was helping my grandma into the car, went into the van quickly and closed the door, because the bison was getting closer and you are supposed to stay 25 yards away from them.

-My grandma was slower fully getting into the car and she didn’t even close the door fully

-By the way, my grandma’s head doesn’t even reach the bottom of my chin (RAD’s 5’6”) and she had gotten two knees and recently a shoulder too.

-She is also where I get my dry wit from

-So when the bison was fully in front of the van, she opened the car door and stood up and waved to my uncle’s camera, who was filming it. The whole time my grandpa was telling her to close the door.

-It was funny

-Also in a span of a few minutes at the same sight, another bison was walking and walked across the boardwalk

-I have a funny story

-My parents were married in Utah more than 25 years ago.

-A few years after their marriage my parents were at this lake/reservoir in Utah. You know water skiing and stuff,

-Well, that day my dad lost his wedding ring…

-In the lake

-I have already heard this story a couple times

-But today we got to drive by the lake and my mom called out to me and said, “Dad’s wedding ring is somewhere in that lake.”

-I burst out laughing… she hasn’t let it go

Midnight Rambling #10

-Listening to the opening/theme songs of my favorite shows.

-There is something about listening to those songs and just feeling happy.

-Perhaps it is nostalgia.

-But oh my goodness, if anyone would turn on the Phineas and Ferb  theme song around me...I would just turn into a giant ball of happiness.

-Though I do get that there are some terrible opening songs out there, but even if the ones I used to listen to are bad...I would  still get hit by a wave of nostalgia.

-...now I want to listen to childhood theme songs…

-Why is it called celery?

-...like….Cel-e-ry….Why? Does a green stalk with green leaves on top make you think OH THATS DEFINITELY A CELERY, WE ARE NOW GOING TO CALL IT THAT!

-Or was it just like some guy holding a piece of celery and then to point a tree and saying [in a weird accent] “Look, I’m going to sell-a-tree.”

-And the guy who he was talking to was like looking at the thinking, “Oh that’s a sell-a-ry.”

-Is it weird that I think I might actually lose weight during the summer?

-I go to multiple camps and when I am not in a camp I usually just don’t eat breakfast

-Not that I try to skip breakfast or anything… I just sleep through it….

-Plus the camps help me keep healthy… There is a lote of walking

-Aaaaahhhh

-Hmmm…. Or maybe I just get weird growth spurts near or in the summer time

- I JUST GOT A GREAT IDEA -What if the first Victuuri fanfic was written by Yuuri himself

-Because you know he has been a fan of Victor himself that he just wrote a fanfic of them two together.

-And then he posted it on one of the fanfic sites with the ship Yuuri KatsukiXVictor Nikiforov because he is a figure skater himself and people ship sports people together a bit… And people were either like ewww this would never happen or they were like OMG this would be so cute is this were to happen!

- I have a new comedy segment

-Pickup lines from (I guess) conceited people.

-Baby, did it hurt from heaven?

-Because I know it did when I fell.

-You look like my mom! And you know she is gorgeous because, hey, look at me.

-(Yes I did look up pick up lines just for this… You will be getting more… This is fun)

-(takes a photo of themselves) Hey, can I have your number, so I can send a picture of your future partner?

-Your eyes are so clear, that I can see that I look gorgeous tonight.

-(I don’t know why I keep on using the word gorgeous)

-I must be one heck of a thief if I stole your eye from the other side of the room.

-Would you be partner so everyone could know that we are the best pair made in heaven… (I don’t know about this one)

-What are you doing for the rest of your life? Because you know you would love to spend it with me.

-(No, I am not on anything)

-There are a lot of fish in the sea, but I’m the only one you could ever want.

-There must be something wrong with your eyes, you can’t take them off me.

-There is something wrong with your cell. It doesn’t have my number in it.

Midnight Rambling #5

-Do you know what I just realized?

-I am a terrible procrastinator.

-But I can do my work at a fast pace once I get started

-Also if I have quite a bit of work to do that requires more thinking than mindless thinking, I tend to get anxious

-And once I get anxious, I get fidgety to do more work

-So in order to calm down I have to do more work and it is just an endless cycle.

-I also can’t stand to leave things unfinished…

-Even food on a dinner plate… Unfinished sentences or ideas…

-I think ONCE I actually start working on things that require me to think, like biology, I could work for maybe three hours straight without stopping…

-But that is just speculation… Maybe it is more like two hour… Perhaps it depends on how anxious I feel…

-K… I’m done…
