“I know that’s why I’m not a big fan of bugs. They make me very uncomfortable and not to mention extremely itchy, almost to the point of scratching my arms and legs constantly.” 

“I just don’t like when they fly in my face and crawl on me. Not even the idea of them crawling on me” She shuddered at the idea “Its just so gross”

Colton nodded his head as Mathilda mentioned what she could do with the bugs. “You could try containing them in a little box with air holes for the time being while catching them?” Colton suggested. “Better than holding onto them, right? Plus it might be safer.”

“Oh I plan on it. I’m going to try not to touch them as much as possible” the laughed. “I’m sure they would appreciated way more”

Colton watched as bugs flew by near them, and didn’t bother to catch them. He simply looked at them as they whizzed past his head. “Most of them are harmless. I know they might look a little creepy, but the usual case is that we can hurt them, more than they can hurt us..”

Matilda flinched as the bug flew around them. Why were there so many? was she just a bug magnet because she didn’t like them. she sighed “I guess you’re right. Its not like I’ll be holding on for them long. I could hand them off to the museum or the twins.”

“Oh…Umm…Wh-What are you catching bugs for, Mathilda? Is there a t-tourney going on?” Sable asked softly, wrestling a skein under her arm as she looked at the other.

“Actually no, I was just at the museum and this guy told me that he would appreciate a donation. When I went to give him money I was told to go and catch the bugs myself” She scrunched her nose and shook her head “it just threw me for a loop.”

“I guess so, though I’m usually not good at them. So this is a first. I’m Mathilda”

“I mean I can’t change how you feel about something mentally, but what I can do is teach you how little creatures are mostly harmless,” Colton answered. 

“Well, maybe if I can see that some bug aren’t are scary as they look it will help with my fear” She offered him a smile.

“Do you need any help with that? I’m actually pretty handy with that sort of thing.”

“No, but thank you. Actually maybe you can help me not be so squeamish?”

“Girl, same. I feel like it’s a waste of time. Don’t you agree?…” 

“And I thought moving to this island alone was a risk enough. They think I’m going to risk getting sung or bit  by some creature I don’t even know!”
