Out of character this blog is largely fueled by my realisation that, the archive, what it was, what it meant, all that

Did severely fuck over every other employee at the institute, like it's not mentioned bc the story isn't about the rest of the Magnus institute

How many institute employees became part of the Flesh Hive in season 1?

Sasha briefly mentions what her job in Artefact Storage entailed and it sounds very similar to what Leitners assistants were subjected to

Not to mention the Eldrich horror that is a Victorian Capitalist,

And then Peter lukas comes around,

Like, all they mention in the podcast is statements about encounters, and I know that what is on the tapes is not all they record BC they're digitizing,

But, it's an archive,

It's not only in charge of statements, and sure they wouldn't digitise everything the same way as statements but you cannot tell me that the shit in artefact storage wouldnt also need to be on tape recorders or something?

So this blog is largely from the pov of someone from (in my mind it's Head Of) Artefact Storage, detailing the insane shit that goes down in an academic institution dedicated entirely to paranormal and similarly unexplained phenomena

Complete with memes from the rest of the institute, because I think the rest of the institute is probably better connected to eachother than the archives

Gertrude Robinson was a shit archivist and I hope that Head Archivist Sims did kill her because at the very least he seems to have been TRYING before the murder thing

Why is nothing even in chronological order, even if you dont file the statements with the artefact paperwork at the very least put all the artefact related stuff in the same place so I can find it when an intern gets eaten by a pillow

Artefact Storage is unsafe yeah but it can also be really boring at times so we've come up with ways to entertain ourselves, this has now spread throughout most of the institute but I've got yet to hear anything from Bouchard about it
