Magia Exedra Livestream Summary!

I started watching it halfway, and my Japanese isn't perfect, so feel free to correct me if you see any missing or wrong info.

From what I understand, Magia Exedra will be similar to HSR. Open-world game with turn-based combat and 3D designs! It will be available on Steam, PC, Playstore, etc and there will be a global server too!!!

These are the 3D models of Madoka and Iroha. They look amazing!

We will be able to use up to 5 characters per team, and instead of Memorias, we will get Portraits to use on our characters.

There are gates and stars too. We will probably pass from the gates to fight witches, and collect the stars to get our beloved megucas!

Last but not least, a bit info about the story:

The shadow is called Namae (Name). She lost all of her memories and sense of self, she has no idea why she turned out like this.

The matcha kyubey is called AQ. During the livestream, they kept saying it is different than the Kyubey we know. I think I understand why:

AQ is pronounced Eikyuu. It is possibly a pun for EQ (Emotional Intelligence). If that's the case, then this one is capable of feeling emotions.

I am so excited for this new game, and I suggest everyone to collect side story megucas (Tart, Oriko, Kazumi, etc) because we saw them on PV and we might be able to transfer their data from Magia Record if they allow us to use our characters!

Day 3: Light Unit

Clarification: The part about Iroha & Tsuruno was a welcome speech like the login events we have in game. They had a short dialogue about Iroha helping Tsuruno at Banbanzai.

They didn't say there would be a dual unit, but both VAs talked about Iroha & Tsuruno's relationship, the alt units each of them got and their favorite character costume in game. They also said they would be getting new costumes soon. So I believe this is a hint of them getting a dual unit, possibly for Halloween.

As for scene 0, the announcement mentioned OG Madoka anime and a new song, so I thought they were airing a new anime season. But it makes more sense to have this as a game event as a new arc. I will edit my post to fix them.

Magia Day 2023: A Summary!

Iroha & Tsuruno event! They will be getting new outfits soon so we can expect a duo unit!

Scene 0 is getting an anime adaptation from 03.10! Aki Mabayu’s VA is the same as Oriko’s!

The project is supposed to be a prologue to Madoka anime. Aki’s existence got deleted for some reason, and they will explore that.

Aki’s VA mentioned this character has a lot of monologues. She looks like a socially awkyard character.

I love the fact that Aki has so many outfits!

Seika and Reira are finally getting uncapped!

We are also getting stuff like 3x speed in mirrors, another innocent gem + overlimiter core, hospital outfits for Magius + Karin and at least 250 Magia stones for Magia day campaign!

I enjoyed this event, but I wish they had shown us the upcoming units like previous years. And I also regret breaking my wallet for Takina. Especially because I didn’t think Aki would arrive so soon 🤦
