What is also very important is the scene with Brendon where he mentiones that fans found out where he lived and Taylor said "ohh don't do that" yeah don't. do. that. As she said, there is a difference between relating to someone's lyrics and invading ther personal lifes. Yes, we have a close connection to Taylor, talk to her online, she even invites people to her house BUT we are still just her fans. We are strangers to her. We are not family or friends. Don't camp in front of her house, don't send stuff to her private address, don't track her airplane. We can call her our 'friend' but we have to be aware of the fact that its not a casual real life friendship. Send her messages on tumblr, go to her concerts or to public apperances. But don't break private boundaries. Your intentions to meet her or get her attention may be good but and harmless but there are people who actually do have bad intentions and for Taylor and her team there is no way they can tell who is good and who is bad. Overall it is also very impolite. You don't camp in front of your friends house, do you? So please, give Taylor and ANY OTHER celebrity privacy!!!!

Taylor is being recognized as the Artist Of The Decade at the age of 29... 29!!!!!!!!! That decade began when she was 19.... 19!!!! She was a fucking baby!!! A child!!! She grew up in the spotlight and had to navigate every single growing pain in the most public light possible and now she's the first woman to be awarded the Artist Of The Decade award before she even turns 30 years old. She is fucking incredible, women are fucking incredible, and this makes me want to set the world on fire because she has so much more to burn.

Dear Taylor,

I’m so, so, so grateful to have spent over a decade of my life as Swiftie. Your music was there for me before I knew what it meant to fall in love, before I grew nostalgic for the “never grow up” feeling, before I learned to love ME! for me.

Growing up with you has been magical, happy, and free in the best way. It’s been enchanting. It’s been very much a love story.

I can’t wait for many more years of growing old with your music, which always makes me feel as if autumn leaves are “falling down like pieces into place. I remember first listening to “Teardrops on My Guitar” in my bedroom in Hong Kong and realizing—wow, this is what it feels like to love a song. Because of you, I learned to play guitar, learned to speak better English, and learned to think about music in an intimate way.  

I had the Best Day seeing you perform live in Hong Kong back in 2012, and have been excitedly waiting for a second opportunity ever since! But for now, I’m just going to keep listening to your discography that I know all too well. 🤗

Thank you for paving the way for so many aspiring female artists out there, thank you for speaking up for what you believe in, thank you for your music. Your songs will always be there for me, no matter what. There’s so much more than I can say, but to end on a simple note:
