Thoughts over a cup!
Have you thought about the fact that we have a whole life to realize ourselves in our own personality!?
All people are different, each with their own platform to start from, which is not entirely similar to that of the other.
Based on this and with your consciousness, you can build yourself up.
What you like about yourself can be allowed to bloom and your shortcomings can be made aware of and worked on.
We are not just who we are, but develop throughout our lives as long as we allow ourselves to be the captain of our own life ship.
Thus holding the helm.
Then we can become as beautiful a person as is possible based on our spiritual wood.
You can't change everything in this world, but you can develop your approach to the world. Everything is changeable depending on how we approach it!
Also make the small choices even if you don't think they matter. These choices simply make you the person you are. In some cases, this can also inspire other people and create ripples, which you can never predict the consequences of. So everything matters.
I believe that you are at your âmost beautifulâ when you feel like no one else but yourself. No imposed style or attitude.
This feels good in both body and soul to be sensitive to yourself. (but of course also to other people) the balance of Yin & Yang
Imagine that we have a whole life to realize ourselves based on the platform we have been assigned!
P.s. you donât become popular because you are a know-it-all and believe that you know everything, but because you respect other people â„ïž and can listen.

It's interesting when people criticize or condemn each other.
So too does praising or showing compassion!
It says many times more about the person speaking as their knowledge/ignorance is asserted many times more than the person they are talking about.
You expose yourself in your expression, which is not necessarily wrong. No one knows or can do everything, at the same time you can show your own greatness or smallness in your compassion or contempt.
What comes out of your own mouth is what is inside, love or a darkness of immaturity that can express itself in different ways.
Wonderful to converse, share experiences and thoughts. Always with respect without being cynical or derogatory towards the other.
This tells you what level your intellect and heart are at.

I dag var jag inbjuden till en spirituell intervju med  Gateway-podden!
Ett fint och trevligt samtal mellan 4 mÀnniskor.
Programmet slÀpps om ca 2 veckor.
Vad Àr spiritualitet kan man frÄga sig?
SjÀlv tror jag det Àr olika för var och Àn!
Vissa anvÀnder sig av olika psykologiska verktyg eller helt enkelt kÀnner ett inre svar eller fÄr syner.
Bara för att man Àr spirituell innebÀr det inte att man Àr ljus utan hÀr finns sÄ klart alla varianter av nyanser.
För mig kommer den spirituella delen via insikter och nya perspektiv. Ibland via drömmar med budskap som för mig alltid handlar om ljus eller mörker, gott eller ont liv eller vad som hÀnder efter livet.
Just för mig handlar det spirituella om att vara levande i ljuset, sökandet efter svar ang livets mirakel och underverk.
Om förstÄelse och mognad som sjÀl och mÀnniska under kÀrlekens paraply.
Min dröm Àr att bli rik inombords med upplevelser som kanske kan fÄ möjligheten att vÀxa till Visdom och Klokhet.
För mig Àr det inte sÄ imponerande vem som har högst IQ utan vem som har goda intuitioner i sina handlingar.
Detta vÀrderar jag absolut högst utifrÄn den mÀnniska jag Àr.
KÀnner ocksÄ att jag vidrör det spirituella i mitt skrivande men ocksÄ i mitt musicerande.
Godhet och spiritualitet för min egen del gÄr lite i samma fotspÄr. Men detta gÀller just mig.
Som jag ser det handlar det om handlingar vi gör dagligen, stora eller smÄ.
Att uppleva att vÄr existens Àr större Àn det vi bara ser. Det kan visa sig i kÀrleken, intuitioner, svar som uppkommer frÄn ingenstans kanske det kan kÀnnas som, syner, drömmar o.s.v
Tron och önskan att försökta vara korrekt och sann och att det spelar en stor roll för ens inre mognad.
Detta skulle absolut skapa en vĂ€rld i fred om vi vĂ€rdesatte â livet â mer Ă€n dom döda tingens rike dĂ€r mammons sötma lockar och makten förhĂ€xar.
God Àr inte att vara lydig och instÀllsam utan det Àr att vara korrekt, sann och rÀttvis i kÀrleken namn.

Have you considered that you don't have to choose sides in conflicts?!
It may be that both sides are guilty. It's not always a black and a white side. Often very intricate and complicated with a history that can be difficult to know. Or simply a right and a left wing of the same bird đŠ
when it comes to politics. Where power rules and gets lift from its 2 wings! At the same time as the people believe that there is democracy!
For example, a manifestation of war should not automatically lead to more war and retaliation as it is so nicely called to find solutions. Because it entails an escalation with tragedy for innocent people, animals and nature that are destroyed! War only belongs to an uncivilized civilization. Peace belongs to a civilized civilization.
Dax to break these so to speak "solutions" that only destroy both parties, but with one type of winner: The arms industry and certain companies that trade in natural resources and Mammon's power core that is connected to the branches that handle money in the societies.
The fact that any nation uses violence at all should give all other countries an indication of who to be careful about cooperating with.
But it looks like the power in society has connections to power structures in other societies and the difference is not right or left politics but the people versus the power that controls the people.
None of us ordinary people are usually not aware of why a conflict takes place, as all news reporting sadly feels biased towards politics and power.
So constantly choosing sides for or against can be difficult if you want to lean towards the truth vs.
War in itself is diabolical!!!!
This never solves anything but only affects innocent people on both fronts.
This applies to all conflicts, big and small: To understand both perspectives and history. Add to that that no solutions with violence are civilized solutions. Then focus on who wants conflict, it is rarely the people in the bigger issues. Then see who in the background wins from the perfection of power.
If you don't have this clear, it is easy to fall victim to propaganda. This is unfortunately a bad trend in our world. đ
A world of peace is possible when ordinary people cannot start wars, but only people who believe they are perfect in power higher up in the human hierarchy. They carry out wars and use ordinary innocent people who are consumed!!!
The guilty go free, but those who paid for these death feasts are also those who are sacrificed on the battlefields.
Wise and wise people hold the miracle of life high and solve problems with a developed intellect under the umbrella of love đ„°
How do the empathetic dark souls act?!
Look at the news, here we see the scene and what justification looks like. Well-studied strategies to exercise complete power over us ordinary people. Here we can easily get lost in the questions "for or against". The issues in society have sadly become armed with hatred and condemnation. This cracks the people who thus become easily maneuverable. The opposite of Democracy!
Isn't it time to open those beautiful eyes and start questioning! đâšđđ«¶.
Towards a good and healthy world đ for all of us humans who live on our beautiful planet Mother Earth.

Slowly but surely old becomes new!!! Now the hood is painted, the rest is spotless!
A little fix besides new paint, then you glide forward in a pleasant way! I am so grateful to Johan and his team at the Motorbranschen Tekniska Gymnasium school who have taken on my old car.đâšđ«¶

I'm so glad I found this out!âšđđ«¶
Feeling good in today's society is sorting out what you can do something about and what you can't.
I myself have turned off the TV for almost 10 years. It's wonderful to avoid all the negative news that I mostly can't do anything about anyway. I don't get upset, sad, angry, disappointed, scared, etc.
The media today is not exactly inspiring or uplifting.
So why fill yourself with misery that you can't do anything about???!!!
When you live in society, you still get to take part in events, but this negative pressure that takes place is probably not so healthy.
So instead I enjoy the beautiful and valuable Mother Earth, Rock a little and hang out with good friends.
Imagine the misery of "evil" who cannot convey their destructive message via TV, radio, newspapers and the internet, as this makes us so bad through stress and fear. It feels like our society is cracking with hate and frustration instead of love, understanding and consideration.
What happens in the world happens anyway!!! Why not be influenced by all the good that happens so that we are inspired and feel strength and desire for the future???
We want to feel hope, opportunities and inspiration.
If I want to influence: I believe in peace so I act for example via Green Cross which is a peace organization. That way I can influence more than just being upset.
There may be a few politicians you can vote for who have taken their job seriously and act as the voice of the people, but they are sadly few!!!
Yes, how does democracy work if the voice of the people is conspicuous by its absence???
