Hello. Lily speaking. After a lot of thinking, I’ve come with the decision to stop roleplaying as Meredy. The main reason that began this thought was the fact that real life has been taking a lot of my time, plus there are a lot of other muses I’ll like to try, and a lot other who’ve been abandoned without further notice. Meredy is a special muse. I started roleplaying her two years ago, on a simple June 29, 2013 and up until now it has been an exciting journey. She was a goof as well as a wise woman, she was the funniest distraction and such interesting behaviour. Because of her I met amazing roleplayers, some lasted a few days, others I still see active, which just brings me joy.

I’d like to continue playing as this little cotton candy criminal, but the muse is not there anymore, she simply vanished. Went away to go and cause a little mischief perhaps, get some sweets, or simply went back to the shadows and keep an eye on those who need it. Either way I didn’t wanted to go without a proper goodbye.

And for me, that starts with...

Thank you to everyone who has made this Fairy Tail rp experience, wonderful. Fairy Tail is a good fandom, don’t let the trivialities and competition silliness destroy this huge family. Play with each other and keep reminding yourselfs why you like your characters and the show again. From the last to the first rp partner, I will be forever grateful, I still check Meredy’s archive just to remind me all the great adventures she was caught on with. All the messes she made, all the strange and peculiar people she met, and the universes created.

Before leaving Meredy would like to say something...

“Hey everyone! It’s been a long journey, and one of the greatest adventures, stay strong and remember like our fairy friends say, get all fired up!”

        LET’S DESTROY THE IDEA THAT THERE ARE                                         PORTRAYALS BETTER THAN OTHERS. 

    instead, let’s embrace the idea of PREFERENCE. don’t tear down writers for being less literate than you. instead, HELP THEM. give them advice. give them encouragement. let’s go back to the days when everyone supported one another and didn’t compete to be more quality than someone else. saying someone else’s portrayal is better than yours is like saying that a PERSON is better than another. we’re not better than anyone else. we’re only at different levels. writing a character isn’t about trying to be better than someone else. don’t do it for others. DO IT FOR YOU. at the end of the day, if you’re satisfied with your writing and your portrayal, that is all that matters. this is a stress reliever, not a stress inducer.       if you see someone playing the same muse as you, be kind to them. be considerate. don’t automatically hate them just because the two of you share a love of a character. you both have something in common !! think about how much you’d have to talk about. think about the rants you both could have. sure, you might have different opinions about things, but be respectful. no one is better than anyone else. we’re all just DIFFERENT. and that’s what makes writing special. it’s what makes us special.

Meredy kneeled as well, to be eye level of the blond. His features were different once again, but for some reason she saw no evil on it. She looked down for a moment before deciding to hold his hands, “Something about humans, is that we’re slow. At understanding, reacting even...Specially to those who have been living in the dark.” she said calmly, despise everything, she truly never feared him, but the thought of losing him as a friend was beyond frightening. 

"You were a bit way too hard a few times but, I forgive you Jackal...And now I’ve made the decision to trust you.” she said, after all, friends had no race, or age and above all ... fully trusted and supported each other.

Aries blushed, "Y-you can call me that. I-if I can call you Meredy-chan..." She looked at Meredy's hair trying to decided how to braid it. // Pink Hair Duo ftw!

Meredy blinked a couple of times, before a smile appeared on her features and so escaped a few giggles from her, “Yes! I’d like that very much. It’s a deal then!” she said with a determined sparkle in her eyes. 

Aries-chan and Meredy-chan…it sounded really cute.

“Of course! I get to see you after a long time!” she said with a smile, although deep down she was just touched by being patted by him. It was nice.

-gets on knees and apologizes to Meredy-

“Eh?”

The pinkette couldn’t help but being taken aback for what was happening, when the demon was approaching she couldn’t help but being on guard, as of lately their interactions haven’t been very wise and quite painful, was this the meaning it was enough already. Even her was tired of fighting him every time.

Meredy leaned closer her trembling hand, upon realising this she took a deep breath, her body may have been reacting naturally, but for some reason, in her heart she decided to trust him. Maybe things would turn right this time.

“Jackal…” she said softly while placing a hand over his shoulder, and offering a small, and genuine smile.

“…Shall we try to be friends again now?”

Ah…that’s right, she was hurt in the past…Yet even now, she realised she never hated him, not really. She hated what he was made of, but if Jackal was capable of doing this action, then that was a good sign, wasn’t it?
