Batman Death in the Family Graphic Novel Series | DC Comics Classics | C...

Globe trotting, political pressure, the intrusion of Superman and the classic battle of Batman & Joker makes this graphic novel series run like a soap opera.

I don't necessarily find this 4 part series to be good, but I do find it to be interesting and necessary part of the Batman canon.

Stranger Things Funko Unboxing | Stranger Things Action Figures

I recently bought the Stranger Things Funko Collectible Action Figures, featuring Will, Dustin and the Demigorgon.

I didn't notice it until afterwards, but the packaging says DemOgorgon. Is that the correct spelling or major mistake by Funko?

I love Franklin BBQ because of founder, Aaron Franklin's entrepreneurial spirit. What started out as a backyard hobby quickly became a full blown business and a must-eat attraction when visiting Texas. Aaron has been seen on various TV and Internet shows, plus he just recently released his book that tells his story and tips on meat smoking.

On the west coast of Canada, we have a plethora of excellent breweries at our finger tips. Driftwood Brewery in Victoria, BC, is by far one of my favourites. They recently released a seasonal IPA called ‘Raised by Wolves’ which is perfect beer to pair with a story about Batman and Damian. Damian, a petri dish child, conceived from Batman and Ra’s Al Ghul’s daughter, Talia, was raised by the League of Assassins. Torn between his allegiance to his mother and to his father, Damian is left battling both sides as his grandfather tries to overtake his body in an attempt to cheat death, yet again.

Justice League Origin Volume 1 Review | R&B Brewing Lager Review | Beer & Comic Review

Lump Versus Briquette Charcoal | Weber's Greatest Hits Recipe Book | Beer Marinated Chicken Tacos 

This week we look at the beer marinated chicken tacos in the Weber’s Greatest Hits Recipe Book ( BUY HERE: http://amzn.to/2eDirrT )  AND I talk about the difference between lump charcoal and briquettes. Looking at page 190 in the Weber’s Recipe Book, I marinated the chicken with a light Mexican lager and cut the garlic in half (my kids aren’t big garlic fans); the guacamole and lime is really what makes this whole recipe come together.
