Day 3 of the @namastee.blk #WHIVNIVtotalwellness challenge, we are going up in #trianglepose. @iamchristina_long spoke about the #solarplexuschakra 💛💛💛💛 We are activating and finding balance in our solar plexus. My Solar plexus chakra has been blocked many times. To actually be confident in my self was a struggle but I am happy to say that Fear no longer has a hold on me.
