I was kinda vibing with the whole evil, murdery, toxic couple thing with robin and marian in “tales from nottingham.” It's goofy, but I kinda love it 😰

I tweaked my marian design just a tad but kept her iconic red hair 😈 Inspired by “nottingham” (another robin hood comic) and the robin hood bbc series—my favourite takes on her character.

ysol takes over gisborne's role in my robin hood au. I was super inspired by the graphic novel series "tales from nottingham" (seriously, that stuff is my biscuits and gravy). ysol is a brabant bounty hunter who ends up crossing paths with the sheriff of nottingham in the holy land. she’s a total bundle of snark and sass, giving me major little sister vibes to the sheriff. I absolutely adore the sheriff (stay tuned, I'll be uploading his character soon!). plus, it's hinted that she is trans, so the representation just makes the series a billion times better!

Why did no one tell me that the Patrick Bergman Robin Hood film is good (I think, I've just started it. I like it so far).

so, in my headcannon, will scarlet is this edgy, broody apprentice under robin, always getting into fights. their dynamic is basically summed up by the sheriff saying, "will got into another fight at school today," robin's just like, "did he win?"

i'm obsessed with "robin hood: hacking, heists & flaming arrows" by robert muchamore—it's just chef's kiss. but hey, these are my ocs, inspired by the classic robin hood stories with a modern au. listen, even in a modern setting, will absolutely MUST have a sword. it's non-negotiable.
