A mans perspective.......

“As men, we often take for granted the ultimate sacrifice women have to make during the 9 month pregnancy process. Her body will go through unbelievable changes. She will be at risk for several different serious health issues. Her eating habits will increase. Her pelvic bone will separate. Her blood flow increases by 50%. Her taste and smell will alter. Her internal organs will shift. Her heart becomes larger. Her moods will swing. Her sleep patterns will adjust. Her self esteem will take a hit. And most importantly her life will be at risk.

But we unfairly expect her body to bounce back into place as if she was the mother of the Incredibles. She will be left with battle marks and scars. Changes to her body that become the new norm. She will try and hide them. She will struggle every day with the feeling of not being good enough. But the reality is, she has sacrificed her life and her vanity to bring a life into this world. We should cherish her. Compliment her daily and let her know she is more beautiful today than ever before.”

Never thought i’d see the day, but…

MAC will now be sold at Ulta online starting May 7th (can browse on April 23rd) and in select stores on the same day. I do love Ulta’s reward system because the more you shop, the more you get actual money off future orders and they often have coupons for $ off. So this is a good thing for those who love MAC and Ulta!
