Fast food 3 times a day :) I’ve been increasing my capacity weekly and I’m finally able to down 4 Big Macs in each sitting totally 8 Big Macs a day! Let’s see how much more I can put on…

My doctors summary…








My doctor called and my lab work says my A1C is 6.1 and my cholesterol levels are at 266. I’m not quite sure what that means but he says it’s because of my weight gain hehe. What did I do? Went ahead and got McDonald’s for lunch and ate in the parking lot. Now I’m super sluggish at work and ready to get more on the way home. I went from 140s to now reaching close to 220 in a year. All from fast food!

I just kept eating McDonald’s daily and developed a type of addiction. I can’t go a day without it now and I even get burgers for breakfast:) I can’t help it anymore. This was at my yearly physical this week. My dr wants to put me on medication but I don’t want any, I said i would workout but got McDonald’s after anyway:) lets see if I can eat 6 burgers next time!

I can’t stop eating McDonald’s… how is my body looking? Do you think I need more? Fast food is so good:) my body used to reject it, but now it craves it!! I used to be able to only eat one cheeseburger, now I don’t even fill up with 4! Is that a good sign?

how did you manage to get past the point of your body rejecting the food? Any tips or tricks as to how to gain quickly?


It took a while, but I just force myself to swallow the food and add extra salt and mayo to my meals and burgers to make sure it tastes better:)

You look sooo good, that suit makes your belly look huge and your face is getting really fat. You’re growing a great double chin. Your gains are hot, but the fact that you don’t give a fuck about your health is even hotter. Eating fast food multiple times a day and drinking all those sodas and beers. You know how good it feels to be unhealthy, so shove down all the greasy fast food and junk food you want Alex. Who cares how much damage all that junk does to your body? Go for what makes you feel good bro, and we can tell just from looking at your pants that eating makes you feel good 😈








Thank you so so much for the support!! I have been so committed to gaining weight as fast as I can that I have been diagnosed with binge eating. I am glad you support my gains and comments like these make me feel good :) I eat fast food daily now because of you guys and I will keep going until I feel as if I gained enough. The last picture is me at 145 pounds… I am now 217 pounds!! Let’s keep going:) these comments keep me going :)
Yes my blood pressure reads 174/111, yes it was after I ate McDonald’s :)

Hi there! Not to be that person and I’m honestly sorry if this bothers you, but I do genuinely worry for your health tbh. You’re really young and while there’s definitely an appeal to ruining your health at such a young age, there are way better ways to do it. I just feel like you’re gonna get something serious before you even get to 250 and that’s really, really not fun. But you look stunning rn btw! Would love to see you get huge just… in a safer way ig?
Thank you for the kind words:) I keep getting messages like these about potential health issues, but I want to assure you guys that I’m okay:) my doctor has advised me against fast food for the future because of my blood pressure and blood work, but I just can’t stop hehe. As we speak I am stuffing myself with a couple double quarter pounders with extra mayo! They are so so good and I am pounding them down. They make me so burpy too:)
