After almost two years, I’m hoping to start back up. I didn’t do too much but it was good. I’m feeling it and I’m glad I got it done.
Started with 30 minutes elliptical, about 1.8 miles, rotating 13 and 6, 5:2.5 ratio.
Did 5 sets of back rows, average 77? Lbs
Did 4 sets of tricep machine thingies, at 22? Lbs
Did 3 sets of bicep curls 13, 13, 10 at 20 lbs

Today wasn’t too bad. My account was terminated so I can’t fully remember everything, but I’ll try.
Elliptical, I think 10, did 2 miles. Then I went up to 15 with my remaining time and did .10 miles more. Not bad, I should keep doing this.
First superset (3 sets):
DB goblet squats x12. Did 2 sets at 35, last one at 40 (or 45 I can’t even remember). Not bad! getting much better!
Lying hamstring curl machine x12. Did at 40,30,40. Not bad! Hamstrings are definitely getting stronger.
Second superset (3 sets):
I just realized I messed up, I was supposed to do the other one, but I did this one instead. Oh well.
Straight bar hip thrust x12. Did 60 for all 3. That’s awesome! Keep it up!
Raised heel glute bridge x12. It hurt! Lol but keep it up! Doing good!
Circuit (2 sets):
Box jumps x5. Height of 24? It was the orange one. It was scary but we did it lmfao
Sled push. Did the weird ass wheel thing squat instead. Not a bad substitute! I felt it in my glutes!
Planks 30 sec. I can do it! Lol not super short of breath! Next time aim for 35 secs, or even 40!
Finish off with 15 minutes elliptical. Did 2 miles on 10 and finished off with the 15 for .08 miles or something like that. Not bad overall!

Low key disappointing, but honestly, I was exhausted.
Elliptical 15 minutes, 0.34 on 12, rest of 2 miles (1.66 miles) on 11.
First superset (x3 sets);
Chest fly machine front x12. Left it at 99 for the first 2 sets but did 100 on the third. This is okay tbh
Chest fly machine back x13. Did 80 for the first two and 90 for the third. Tbh not bad
Second superset (x2 sets): could only do 2, it sucks
Assisted pull-ups x10. At 100. All I could handle.
EZ hand curl x12. Did them at 30 lbs, not bad!
Dassit! No circuit, I was tired a’f and I felt nauseous

After workout thoughts:
It’s tough, ngl. I’m tired and I feel like this might take a lot of time. I’m currently motivated, I really am! And I genuinely like that after gym glow! But I honestly don’t know how long I can last. With school and work going on too, I just might be spreading myself too thin, and tbh a big part of me still going is because I don’t wanna disappoint my trainer ���� but I’m going! And I plan on continuing to go! So even if I flake out later on, for now we’re staying strong and getting stronger! I should definitely be asleep right now, but that’s okay lol we got through it! Also, study more bitch! You obviously need to!
But okay, enough of that! Positive shit from now on!!
We did it baybeyyyyy! Elliptical for 15 minutes! Did 1.5 miles on 12 and .5 miles on 11, so we’re going UP!! Definitely try to get to 2 miles at 12 next time, hopefully!
First superset (3 sets):
Box step ups x6 each leg. Did at 18 height, not bad! Was definitely winded by the end haha idk how else to modify this, tbh, but it’s a good warmup at least
Banded lateral walks 10l10r. Not too bad, maybe squat a bit more?? Again, at least it was a good warmup
Second superset (3 sets):
Straight bar hip thrust x12. 50 lbs. All 3 sets. omfg. I died, but we got through it! Definitely keep it at 50... for now.
Raised heel glute bridge x12. Killer combo right here! I felt a cramp almost coming, had to stretch between each of these and between the straight bar hip thrusts, but we got them done!!! It was a good ass workout tbh!
Circuit (2 sets):
Squat jumps x 10. Jesus Christ! I was dizzy by the end!! But it’s all good lol we did them!
Jumping jacks x30 seconds. Was supposed to be jump rope, but like, there were waaaay too many witnesses to watch me fail at that, so I just went with this. ‘S a’ight, just something to do haha
Heel touches x30 seconds. Good job tbh, keep your back straight and lift the chest, you did pretty good on this, and you definitely felt it!
Finish up with 15 minutes on elliptical, I believe you did 2 miles on 10? I’m pretty sure! I get a slight feeling you might have had to lower it to 8, but if not, amazing job! I do remember that we raised it up to 12 for like a minute and I THINK we got .10 miles done, but either way, no matter what, amazing job! That was tough!
Ended up sweaty a’f!! My mask was literally pouring! I even had some sips when I was Lowkey hyperventilating and my mask got stuck by my mouth when I was breathing. I 100% had some sweat go into my mouth lmao disgusting but whatevs. Shirt was soaked almost 100% through, except for the very bottom of the sides, but omg it was amazing! GREAT JOB!!

I’m back bitches! You thought you’d seen the last of me??
4 (maybe actually 5??) day break, waaaay too long, but I Lowkey had no choice lmao with clinicals, work, homework and birthdays, I just didn’t have time! But hopefully I’ll be back at it now, without breaks until I catch up! So without further ado:
Mandatory elliptical, 15 minutes at 11, did 2.4 miles. Not bad for basically starting over
Superset 1 (3 sets):
Db bench press x12. Did first at 25, then 2+3 at 30. I think this is good for now, hopefully next time you’ll be able to do more!
Bench dips x12-15. First one did with full legs extended, which was great! Had to break the other two in halves tho! Did 12 for first and second, but 15 on the third. Not super bad, I guess
Superset 2 (3 sets):
Cable row x12. Did first and third set at 99, but the second one I did one down. I think 110?? Arm started cramping up, though lmao
Db curls x10. Did first at 25 and second and third at 30. This is good for now, I think. Also hopefully will be able to do more next time.
Circuit (2 sets): wooh chile!
Battle rope slams x30 seconds. Omg it’s wild a’f! But we did it! ... barely
Rope pull down x30 seconds. Damn! This was wild a’f! Did level 3 and I was absolutely dying!
Plate hops x30 seconds. I just did jumping jacks, I’m sure that’s the same thing he was expecting lmao
Ended the day with 15 minutes of elliptical at level 8 lmao did 2 miles. This was exhausting, I was so tired omg, but we did it!!
Overall, I’m actually exhausted rn. I truly got nothing to add except I wanna go to bed. Good luck studying tomorrow!! I think you’re gonna need it lmao

Quick update today because it’s super late and I’m tired lol
So, it’s officially been a week, and I’m doing alright, which is more than enough for me.
Today I started with elliptical as usual, but I put it up to 11 and did 2 miles in 15 minutes, so that’s a really good improvement! Kudos!
First superset (3 sets):
Hex bar deadlift x12. I did the first two sets at 25 this time, and the third one at 35. I think I’m good at starting at 35 next time, I think that would be good.
Raised heel glute bridge x12. You’re probably still not ready for the real deal, so keep it up.
Second superset (3 sets):
DB goblet squat x12. Started off with 25, moved on to 30, and ended with 40. I think starting with 30-35 next time will work well.
Lying hamstring curl x12. Started with 20, then did 30 for the other two. I don’t know how to feel about this machine tbh, but I guess try going to 35 next time. Hopefully you won’t cramp.
Circuit (2 sets):
Box jumps x5. Idk what to say about this. Maybe land softer?
Squat jumps x10. These are killer, and I didn’t know the other one so I just switched them. Good workout, though!
Plank 30 sec. Omfg it buuurns but you did it! Good job! Do your best to extend the time later on!
Finished off with 1.75 miles in the elliptical at 8 for 15 minutes. Not the best, but it was leg day, so congrats on getting something done here!
I’m feeling alright, a little scared about tomorrow because it’s so late now, it’s ridiculous, but I know I’ll be alright lol oh well life goes on 🤷‍♂️

What a day yesterday :/ the whole day was against me, but it’s alright. It’s over now, so that’s all that matters.
Went to the gym at 2 am, and my arms were jelly!! There was a point where I could barely breathe lmao but without further ado:
I started of with cardio as usual. I was actually impressed! I did 2.10 miles on the elliptical at 10 in 15 minutes! I think it’s a new record, so just saying...
First superset (3 sets):
Chest fly machine x12. First rep I did was 100, then moved it to 80, and I THINK the last one was at 90 (could have been 80, though 🤔). I think starting with 90 is good, keep it at 90 and move up as tolerated
Rear delt fly x12. On this one, I’m pretty sure the first one was 70, but the last 2 were 80. Can’t really remember all that well, but 🤷‍♂️ close enough. Just do 10 less than the chest fly one. If chest fly=90, do 80.
Second superset (3 sets):
Assisted pull-ups x10. This one right here 💀 first rep was at 80, couldn’t do it. Second one was at 120, that was easy, so the third one was at 100, but I was so exhausted I couldn’t really do them properly. Next time, start at 100, and TRY to move up to 80. The best thing tho is that you’d be able to do them all at once and not divide them up.
EZ bar curls x12. I’m actually glad you only got the 30 lbs. this was so difficult in conjunction with the pull-ups, but you managed them. I want to at least move up to 50 on the last set next time, though!
Circuit (only 1 set):
Row machine ?. So it was supposed to be the orange machine, more medial to the store, but I couldn’t find it, so I used the regular one for like 5 minutes maybe?? It was an interesting one, though! Definitely do the orange one next time.
Dumbbell overhead press x12. Did 25 lbs, but tbh I’m not sure if I did them right lol but that’s fine tbh, I felt it either way. 25 is a decent size, could probably do 30, though.
Toe touches x30 second. Tbh probably didn’t do 30 seconds, but it was ENOUGH lol. These are weird, but I guess haha.
Finished the night with 15 minutes of elliptical at 9. And did 2.05 miles, so that’s freaking awesome! I was dying, though!!
(Also, the guy at the front that was there overnight has a huge dick and it was so clear, that I couldn’t help but stare lmfao I’m sure he noticed, so that was awkward, but idc honestly. Like it was huuuge and I’m almost 100% sure he wasn’t wearing underwear. Plus, he’s cute a’f

Back at it again with them gains!
Started with elliptical for 15 minutes, intensity of 10. I think I did 2 miles?
First superset (3 reps):
Box step ups x6 each leg. It was better to do one leg at a time and then rotate
Banded lateral walks 10 left, 10 right. Remember to go slower!! Feel the bern!!
Second superset (3 reps):
Straight bar hip thrust x12. Started with 30 for the first rep, then did 50 with the second and third. I think 50 is a good one for now
Raised heel glute bridge x12. Don’t underestimate!! If anything, try going a little further away
Circuit (2 reps):
Squat jumps ?. Loser. Thought it was 30 seconds, but it was supposed to be x10 lmfao. Well, it didn’t hurt, I guess (it did!) but now you know for next time
Jump rope 30 sec. Can’t jump rope, but hopefully will learn lmao just do your best.
Heel touches 30 sec. Raise your back more up to your lower back curvature, you’ll feel it more!
End the night with 15 minutes elliptical, intensity of 8. Did 2 miles, so that’s awesome! Super short of breath
How am I feeling? Well, I’m exhausted and hungry lol but I’m feeling good! Honestly, you need to eat more, this is ridiculous. But I get a feeling that this working out thing is doable now! This could definitely be a routine! I’m looking forward to seeing how I progress!

Today was actually my second day, it’s late in the night but I’m feeling great. Endorphins or something, but thank you.
Started off with elliptical at 10, then went down to 8 total 15 minutes about 2 miles
First superset was (x3):
Dumbbell curls x10 at 20 (second and third sets were at 25)
Cable row x12 at 99 all sets
*i think I can start with 25 next time for DB bench and maybe move on to 30*
Second superset was (x3):
DB bench press x12 at 20 (second and third sets were at 25)
Bench dips x12 <- work for extended legs, at least one set
*also okay to start at 25 and maybe go up to 35 as tolerated*
Circuit was (x2):
Battle rope slams x30 seconds
Rope pull down machine x30 seconds
Plate hops in and out x30 seconds
Finish off with elliptical x15 minutes fluctuating from 5-10, it was really tough but somehow made it through 1.5 miles!!
Final thoughts:
I’m really craving a good ass burger rn, but I guess I’ll just chug some water and go to sleep :( I was looking forward to some cucumber with tajin, but that can wait for the morning. Overall, I’m really glad I went through with it and I’m super grateful for my trainer Noah that really hooked it up 👍 thank you so much for this
