coquette noire: get the look

coquette noire is for the girls who are moody, withdrawn and a little cynical. taking inspiration from 1920s and 1960s french fashion, this look is like the coquette version of beatniks. this look thrives best in colder weather but can be easily adapted to warmer weather with a few tweaks, theis is also the subtype that can more easily get away with facial piercings

cool: dusky/baby blues and purples, soft greys

neutrals: black and white

warm: burgundy/red, soft orange

patterns: plaid/tartan, stripes, animal print (cheetah, zebra, etc)
