The boys live in UK. Born there, live there, at least 150 days of each year. So... the issue is unnecessary.
So, US Directioners is trending in the UK.
And I’m really sad to see what our counterparts in the 1D “Family” over the pond are saying about us.
I’m getting so frustrated. I’m sorry that the US is like 50 times bigger than the UK, and therefore more signings and meet and greets are necessary to accommodate more fans. They’re all going on about how so many more fans are meeting them here. Are you kidding?! The only way most fans are meeting them here are through radio contests and mall signings. The few who do meet them outside of that are LUCKY. And then they’re also complaining about the boys being away from the UK for too long. Stop being selfish. In order for them to fulfill their dream to it’s extent, they need to spend time in other countries and accumulate their fanbase. I’m sorry, but that means they’re not gonna be sitting at home in the UK. If you really wanted the boys to be successful and happy, you’d understand that. Also, more specifically about America again, cracking America is a big deal for overseas artists. Not trying to toot America’s horn, but it’s the truth.
We’re all part of the same fandom, right? Why can’t we get along? Isn’t that what the boys would want?
Also, to you UK people who are saying ‘If it weren’t for us, the US fanswouldn’t even know about 1D’, ACTUALLY HARRY POTTER INTRODUCED ME TO THEM, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
So yeah, y’all just need to build a bridge and get the fuck over it.
