WEEK 13
DAY 1
This week, the four of us will render the remaining 50 hours at school. I was assigned to the accounting department. It's not hard to adjust to the new working environment since previously I was assigned to the accounting department at SAFADECO and also working with different people and learning new things is fun and gives you more experience and knowledge in life.
DAY2
Due to the schedule blackout in Sorsogon and the school generator being broken, there is no transaction for that day. However, all the staff are required to go to school to check the appliances and avoid fire. Since I don’t have anything to do, I ask Ma’am Xzybel if it is ok for me to help Nelestine and Kathleen arrange the picture frame of the upcoming graduates. And happily, she said yes.
DAY 3
In the morning, Sir Renmar one of the school cashiers, asked me to sort the receipt for the accounting copy and the master file copy. After I’m done, Ma’am D asks me to input the daily disbursement of the school. I started from the Month of March up to the present since Ma’am D can’t find the file that the previous intern made, so that’s why I did the daily disbursement from March. In the afternoon, Ma’am Xzybel asked me to go to the SSU and give a letter to the school registrar.
DAY 4
It became my daily routine for the past few days. I sort the receipts, input the disbursement voucher at the Excel, assist Ma’am Xzybel with the signing of clearance, and ask me to go out to school. I went to the PSA to give papers and ask for the receiving copy.
Days 5 and DAY 6
The same as on Day 4, I spent my day by sorting the receipts, inputting the voucher in the Excel, assist Ma’am Xzybel and run some errands inside or outside the school premises.
DAY 7
This is my last day at the school being an intern. I’m very thankful for the learnings, experienced and knowledge they taught me that I will use in my future Job. I would like to give thanks to the school and to our coordinator Ma’am Janela for letting us experience the real world of being an employee. Furthermore, I promised that I will use this experience and knowledge gain in my future job.

WEEK 12
Tumblr media
Week 12
Day 1
This is our last week being an intern student loans in at SAFADECO. We are grateful for the learning and knowledge they have given to us that we will use in the real world. The 550hrs that we spent at SAFADECO gives us so much realization and learning, such as, not everybody in the company needs to be pleased. Talking behind the back is very common in the workplace. It may be good or bad. Be respectful to clients as well as to your colleagues, finish the work on time to avoid work load and, lastly, not to be nosy about your personal life. Share enough information because too much information can be used against you if jealousy in the workplace arises. The last realization sticks in my mind, especially since I'm a talkative person, and sometimes I speak all the things in my mind without thinking about the consequences. So, I will change these traits for me to have a smooth job in the future.
Day 2
In the morning, I accompanied ma'am Ivy to go to the bank to withdraw money because SAFADECO has a big client that avails of loan products. In the afternoon, I taught all my knowledge to the BU interns so that it was easy for Ma'am Julie, since they already knew what they should do.
Day 3
In the morning, I assisted ma'am Julie. I called the members that were approved for release and in the afternoon ma'am Dell gave me a task to do one of her monthly reports.
Day 4
Since I only had 3hrs left to finish the 550hrs, I went to the office in the afternoon. I help the other interns with their work. Tomorrow, before we leave SAFADECO, we decided to celebrate and have a feast to show our gratitude for the learning and knowledge they have given us.

WEEK 11
DAY 1
In the Morning, I continued working on the reports of ma’am Julie about how many members availed loans for the month of March and what kind of loan products. I taught the report to the interns’ students of BU because they will be doing the monthly report after we are done since next week is our last week being an intern student at SAFADECO. In the afternoon, I make the Collection needed by the DO this Wednesday, since the OIC Branch Manager already confirmed that April 1 is a holiday.
DAY 2
In the morning, we are still continuing the reports, and some time we do the credit investigation conducted by the different financial institutions here in Sorsogon. In the Afternoon, Kc and Rea are the ones who make the Collection Sheets, and I was supervising them.
DAY 3
In the morning, Kc and I were doing the other report of Ma’am Julie since we are done with the previous task assigned to us, and this time, we are rechecking the members' information since some of the members don’t have a mobile number in the system or doesn’t have a TIN or SSS number. We find the missing information in their respective folders. In the afternoon, the same as yesterday, I was supervising Kc and Rea while doing the collection sheet since they need it to memorize and master since they will be the ones who will generate the collection sheet after we are done with our remaining hours.
DAY 4
In the morning, I helped Ma'am Dell, the new teller, with her work. I scan the bank cheque and write down the receipt number in the scan bank cheque. In the afternoon, the same as yesterday, I was just supervising them to create the collection sheet.
DAY 5
This whole day I was super busy, in the morning. I was doing the report of Ma’am Chloe, the former Branch Manager. The report is about updating the loans of the employees. After I was done, Ma'am Carla asked me to balance the DCPR, or the Daily Cash Position, and find the discrepancies for the yesterday transaction, and so far I was able to find the discrepancies. 4:30 in the afternoon, I create the Collection Sheet, since the other OJT who doesn’t have work went to the seminar conducted by the marketing department. The seminar is about the dos and don’ts of a voter, and as a voter, you must vote for the right people who love and serve the people, not the money they could get after being elected from their position.

WEEK 10
DAY 1
Monday Morning, we went to school to pass our application form for graduation. Finally, this is it, I am half a way towards my dreams, and I can say that all my hard work these past 4 years really paid off. In just 2 months, I can achieve my parents’ dreams for me, and it’s to graduate and get a degree. After we were done submitting our graduation application, we went back immediately to SAFADECO. I call the members that are approved for loan release, and in the afternoon, ate Almira taught me what Ma'am Ivy taught her, and this is to generate data from the system about the Development Officers summary of collections for the day. It’s one of Ma'am Ivy's daily routines. I’m happy that ate Almira shared her knowledge with me.
DAY 2
In the morning, Ma'am Jodell asks me to write the check number in her logbook, and after I’m done, Ma'am Julie asks me and ate Almira to compile the picture of the members who become members of SAFADECO for the months of February and March. This needs to be done immediately because it will be submitted to the IT department to create IDs for the new members.
DAY 3
In the morning, I ask help from the Intern from BU Gubat to recheck all the loan applications for the month of March. After we were done, Ma'am Ivy taught us how to put the new members payments in the system. In the afternoon, I assist Ma’am Julie, and she asks me to create the collection sheet that the DO needs tomorrow.
DAY 4
In the morning, we sort the collection sheets of the DO from the latest. While in the afternoon, Sir Russel asked me to input his collection in the system. After all the DO remit their collection to Ma'am Ivy, Ma'am Julie asked me to now create their collection sheets for tomorrow.
DAY 5
In the morning, Ma’am Julie asked me to do his monthly report since March is ending, and she needed to submit his monthly report 1st week of April. I searched the address of the member who availed of a loan for the month of March and how many times they availed of loan products since they became SAFADECO members. And in the afternoon, I created the collection sheet of the DO, and somehow it became my daily routine for this week.
DAY 6
I continue to do ma’am Julie monthly reports and add the member who availed of the loan from yesterday. I will also add the member who will avail loan this Monday, March 31. After I’m done, I work on her other reports. I put the name of the member's recruiter, and the names of members recruited. Because SAFADECO gives incentives to the members who recruit new members, and it's one of Ma’am Julie monthly reports. In the afternoon, before 5 p.m., I create the DO collection sheets.

WEEK 9 DAY 1 Due to the busy and hectic schedule of staff, this Monday we didn’t conduct the Monday devotion since monthly end is coming. In the morning, we just given a task to organize all the flyers that the Development Officer used. In the afternoon I was helping Ma'am Julie in her work and run errands for her.
DAY 2 This day I accompany Sir Russel to invite the members and informed them about the coming General Assembly this Saturday. Attending in General assembly is one of the members responsibilities, Through GA the members can gathered information about the well-being of the SAFADECO, can ask about their queries, proposed other products and services, also the members can vote they like to be elected as a board director.
DAY 3 This day I teach Rea one of the interns from BU Gubat to pt the membership in the system and do the Credit Investigation for the Rural Bank of Pilar.
DAY4 In the morning Ma'am Julie ask me to write the member insurance and in the afternoon Sir Russel give me a task to do the cash flow of the members who will avail loan.
DAY5 Due to the limited resources available especially the food all the interns from Sorsogon branch are not allowed to attend the GA, so this is the last day of the week that we have a work. In the morning Ma'am Jodell the newly hired teller ask me to run errands from her and in the afternoon I was the one who input the collection of sir Russel in the system.

WEEK 8
DAY1
This day we start our day with the Morning devotion. Throughout the day, we just filled and ran some errands for the teller and loans clerk.
Day2
In the morning, we are busy cutting flyers that will be distributed to the members. The flyers are about a notice for the members who are qualified to attend the general meeting this coming Saturday. In the afternoon, I helped Sir Russel to put his collection in the system.
DAY3
Since Sir Ryan and Sir Russel had a Privilege Day-off, Maam Julie asked us to contact the members whose under their area and ask for the payment, since it’s there due to pay for their loan. In the afternoon, the marketing department asked our help to fold the t-shirts that would be used and distributed to the members of SAFADECO.
DAY4
First thing in the morning at the Office, Sir Russel asked me to accompany him to give flyers to the prospective members, collect loan payments and savings. The job is so hard, especially the heat from the sun, it's prone to accidents, plus some of the members are hard to ask payment. However, regardless of these challenges, Sir Russel is doing his best every day for his family to provide for their needs and wants.
DAY5 and DAY6
These past two days we have been helping together to double-check and finalize the list of the members who are qualified to attend the general meeting this Saturday.

WEEK 7
DAY 1
In the morning,I re-check the withdrawal slip of all the member transactions. I check the date, the amount in words, if it's correct, if there is an alteration. I was tasked to do this because it's important for the withdrawal slip to have the right date and details. After I was done with my work, Sir Gilbert asked me to generate all the members in his area in the system. He asks me to find his members' personal information, like finding their contact number and address. He made m do this because his area would be given to Sir Ryan since Sir Gilbert decided to resign at Safadeco.
DAY 2
This whole day, I have been doing the report of the Branch Manager. Since this week, Maam Chloe has been in Cebu doing a training and seminar. The report I made is about the total amount of the employees’ loan and their relatives who have a loan to the cooperative. I just updated their loan if they have a new loan, or if their past loan has already been paid.
DAY 3
Since the pictorial is already done, I decided to join the DO and experience their work in the field. I went with Sir Russel and his area handle is in Sorsogon west. We went to the members' houses to collect loan payments, return their updated passbooks, follow-up their loan applications and, lastly is to give flyers to the prospective members.
DAY 4
Since today is my sister's graduation pictorial, I decided to help my sister prepare and go to the office at the afternoon. In the afternoon, Maam Ivy asked us to separate and compile all the collection sheets of each DO for the month of February.
Day 5
In the morning, Nelestine and I sorted all the members to their respective DO. In the afternoon maam Julie asked me to contact the members who are approved for loan release.

WEEK 6
DAY 1
This day I share my knowledge with BU interns. I taught them how to do a transmittal for the mortgage, how to input new members in the system, and at the same time on how to create the members passbook. In the afternoon, after I helped Sir Russel, one of the DOs, put up the collection in the system and balance the money he collected, I taught the BU interns again on how to create the collection sheet that the DO will need in the morning. Sharing my knowledge and teaching them what I know is more rewarding than keeping it to myself.
DAY 2
In the morning, Maam Ivy, one of the tellers, gave me a task to create a collection sheet, but this time it’s different from the one that I usually make for the DO. The collection sheet that I made from Maam Ivy is a compilation of SAFADECO employees who have a loan. In the afternoon, after all the DOs remit their collections, I supervised the BU students as well as Kathleen on how to make the collection sheet. If they really understand what I taught last time, and so far, they are fast learners and they understand what I teach, and it makes me happy that I share my knowledge with them.
DAY 3
In the morning, Nelestine and I supervise the BU interns on how to do the DCPR since both of us already know how to do it. So, Ma'am Carla, the assistant accounting clerk, asked us to supervise Jaga, and somehow, we taught him right. In the afternoon I supervised Nelestine on how to create the collection sheet since she sometimes forgot the process to create the CS.
DAY 4
This whole day I became Maam Ivy's assistant. She taught me how to compute the loan amortization, the insurance needs to deduct from the loan, the total loan deductions, and the net loan proceeds. She also taught me how to create a loan summary release. It's so fun learning new things that someday I will share with others.
DAY 5
Last day of the month and all the employees are busy doing their task. Due to lack of employees Maam Chloe ask all of us to conduct a PMES or the Pre-Membership Seminar. And so far, we deliver it well even though it's on the spot and we don't have any preparations. In the afternoon and, since Maam Julie the loans clerk is on sick leave because she has a dengue and need more time to recover. So, Maam Chloe ask Me and Ate Almira to do some of her work. I was checking and auditing all the loan applications and making sure that all the paper has been signed, while Ate Almira are doing a report about the loan released for this month.

WEEK 5
DAY 1
In the morning, I don’t have anything to do. I just got the member file needed by the loans clerk, Maam Julie. In the afternoon, I was given a task by Ma'am Julie to call the members to say that their loan was approved, and they needed to get to the office before 1:30 because they would be having a loan orientation and this time one of the intern students from the Bu would conduct the loan orientation. After observing the loan orientation, I input new members into the system.
DAY 2
In the morning, Maam Carla asked me to balance the yesterday DCPR and, so far, I found out that one of the DOs forgot to input one of his collections. After I was done balancing the DCPR, ma'am Julie asked me to make a withdrawal and termination form. The withdrawal and termination form shows the reason why members want to resign or withdraw their membership at SAFADECO. I easily accomplished the work because there are only four members who want to withdraw their membership. After that, I start my work in sorting the IDs into their respective DOs because the ID is done printing by the IT department, and it will now be given to the members. After sorting the IDs to their respective DOs, I now generate their address and contact number.
DAY 3
In the morning, Maam Carla asked me to input the gas consumed by the DO for the month of February. The total amount that I input should be the same as the data given by Petron. At first, it was not balanced, so I rechecked it again and found out the reason why it was disbalanced. It’s because the formula in Excel is wrong. It’s fulfilling if you accomplish the task, especially if it is about accounting, like balancing. After I was done balancing, I continued my work in generating the addresses and contact numbers of the members whose IDs are for release.
DAY 4
In the morning, I assisted Maam Julie with processing a loan, and after we were done, Maam Ivy asked us to organize the files of mortgages or collaterals of the members. She instructed us to change the folder to a new one and arrange it ascending. SAFADECO only accepts ORCR and land title as collateral. The ORCR must be updated, and the land title is in the names of the members, and it should not be mortgaged to anyone or other institutions.
DAY 5
Due to the heavy rain, Nelestine and I decided not to go to the office and just rest for the day because it would be hard for us if we also caught the flu, since most of the employees in SAFADECO have a cold or a flu.

WEEK 4
DAY 1
On the 1st day of the week, I become Ma'am Julie's assistant. I assist her in processing a loan and sorting the file of the released loan. In the afternoon, the loan officer, Sir Ryan, asked me and Jaga, one of the intern students from BU Gubat, to conduct a loan orientation for the member. Safadeco conducts a loan orientation before giving the loan to the member to educate the member on how to properly use the borrowed money, their duties and responsibilities as a borrower, and their purpose for borrowing money. Public speaking is one of my weaknesses, so when Sir Ryan asks me to conduct the loan orientation, I feel pressure and nervous. I realized that I should overcome my fear to grow and improve myself, so I gathered courage and spoke in front of everyone, and so far, I’m relieved with the result. I somehow overcome my fear slowly. After the loan orientation, Sir Ryan taught us how to do the cash flow that the DO uses to evaluate the member if they are qualified for the loan amount they want because the cash flow illustrates the income and the expenses of the member for the day, week, and month.
Day 2
In the morning, Ma'am Julie taught us about her daily work. In the afternoon, the branch manager asked us to find the signature card in the files of the member because the signature card should be in the hands of the teller and not in the file of the member.
Day 3
We continued to find the signature card because we didn’t have enough time yesterday; it was because there were too many files of the members, and it took us 2 days to finish finding the signature card. While finding the signature card, I was asked by Ma'am Julie to input the new member in the system at the same time one of the employees of GSAC conducted a credit investigation on their member if they have an existing loan at Safadeco, and since Ma'am Julie taught me what to do, I did the work.
Day 4
Since tomorrow is Valentine’s Day, Safadeco wants to give chocolate and flowers to their member because it shows appreciation and love. Ate Almira and I were given a task to buy chocolates and flowers to give to the member tomorrow at the office. In the afternoon, all the intern students at Safadeco were gathered at the function hall to attend a webinar about self-love. The speaker, Dr. Pauline, taught us that we must appreciate ourselves all the time, we shouldn’t pour our love on one person, how to relieve stress, and lastly, that forgiving some is a form of self-love.
Day 5
This day, Nelestine and I woke up early because of the fun run. It celebrated the International Cooperative Day; all the cooperatives in Sorsogon City and its other municipalities gathered at the Sorsogon Park and did a simple program after the fun run to give thanks for all the attendees.

WEEK 3
Day 1
This week the rotation to balance the DCPR start. DCPR, or the daily cash position report, shows all the transactions of the seller and the collection of the DO for the day. The bookkeepers are the ones who monitor the transactions of the teller and the DO if the cash they receive, or release is the same as the DCPR that the bookkeeper received at the end of the day. We are supervised by the assistant bookkeeper, Ma'am Carla. The first one to try to balance the DCPR is Nelestine, followed by Kathleen, Ate Almira, and the last one is me. After a short explanation of what we were going to do, we left Nelestine together with Ma'am Carla and continued our pending work. Ate Almira and I continue the loan monitoring that Ma'am Marey gives us to finish this week. After I'm done with my part, Ate Almira continues the work, and I become an assistant by Ma'am Julie, who is the loans clerk at Safadeco. You taught me how to do a CIBI, or the credit investigation and background investigation, for the member who avails loan products. She also taught me what I should do if the employer of GSAC and a rural bank or other microfinance institution, bank institution, or cooperative conducts a CI at Safadeco. They do a CIBI if a certain person has an existing loan at Safadeco or none; they do this to make sure the member is qualified for the loan if they are a good payer and their capacity to pay the loan. I also call the members that are approved for loan release.
Day 2
This is our third time attending PMES conducted by Sir Normen and through Zoom meeting. After the PMES, Sir Normen asked a question, and happily we all answered it right. After the PMES and the DO had already left, I generated data in the system for those who became members in November, December 2024, and January 2025. In the afternoon, Nelestine and I were tasked with to buy Valentine's decorations because Safadeco wants their members to feel that they are loved and appreciated by Safadeco.
Day 3
This time, I became an assistant for Ma'am Ivy, a teller at Safadeco. She taught me how to update a loans, savings, and share capital of the members in their passbook. She also taught me how to process ATM payments, that their cut of a transaction in an ATM is 4:00 p.m. only
Day 4
It's my turn to do the DCPR and entry the transaction of the teller and the collection of the DO. According to Ma'am Carla, there are two types of vouchers that they usually entry in the balance sheet: the cash and journal vouchers. The cash vouchers are all the money that they disburse, while the journal vouchers just need to entry into the balance sheet even though they don't have a disbursement. And today the voucher that I'm going to entry is the journal voucher. After I entered all the transactions in the balance sheet, I had a disbalance of 149,990 pesos. Ma'am Carla is the one who finds out why it becomes disbalanced because tomorrow we are going to do the DCPR, and this time we are the ones who will find out why it becomes disbalanced and make it balanced. But this time I will be the 1st one to try, followed by Ate Almira, Kathleen, and Nelestine. In the afternoon, I create the collection sheet that the DO will use to collect payments from the members.
Day 5
Early in the morning after the DO left, I was supervised by Ma'am Carla and did the DCPR. After I was done with the journal entry, I had a disbalance of 6,620 pesos. Ma'am Carla left after she told me where I could find the amount to make it balance. Luckily, I found the 6,000 pesos on the withdrawal slip, but it is still not processed, but it has already appeared in the DCPR. The other 600 pesos I found in the collection of the DO, and the 20 pesos were shorted by the teller. In the afternoon, I asked Sir Ryan what he was doing, and he said that he's doing an LUC, which stands for long utilization check. It's a compilation of proof that a member who loans to expand their business or will use the capital for business really uses the money for the business.
Day 6
This is the last day of this week, and it's another achievement for us. On that day, I input new members into the system, sort the Migs members into their respective DOs to easily contact the members, and lastly make the collection sheet for Monday.

WEEK 2
Day 1
It's fascinating how fast the day is; it's been 2 weeks since we first arrived here at the Safadeco main branch. We start our day with the morning devotion because, according to Ma'am Chloe, they always do this every Monday morning. We start with the prayer, reciting the mission, vision, and core values of Safadeco. After the (DO) Development officer left, we did our work, and this time we sorted and classified members with loans because members with loans are also qualified to attend (GA) General Assembly as long as they don't have a penalty paid and penalty due of payment. Since we already sorted the members who have a penalty paid and due, I think we're halfway in our work because this file must be submitted this week before February starts. In the afternoon, Ma'am Julie taught us how to generate the collection sheet that the (DO) Development officer used to collect payments from the members who have loans. While doing our work, all the employees are having their exam because the branch manager wants to evaluate what the employees know and don't know about a Safadeco.
Day 2
This is the last day that we are going to work on the Migs task because we are almost done, and the only thing that we must do is find the contact number of some members who don't have a phone number in the system. To make the work faster, I asked the senior high students to help me find the file of the members who don't have phone numbers. In the afternoon we are already done with our task, and it's so fulfilling because our work is done, and we did so well. Cooperation, listening carefully to the instruction, and time management are keys in making work faster and accomplishing tasks flawlessly.
Day 3
Supposedly yesterday was our day 3 for this week, and since it's a Chinese New Year, we asked permission if it was okay for us not to come to work since it's a holiday and we're already done with the task and also for us to rest because this day is supposedly our graduation pictorial, but due to the weather condition, the pictorial was cancelled and rescheduled. And according to Ma'am Chloe, it's fine for us to rest. Since the graduation pictorial is rescheduled and we don't have anything to do in our boarding house, we all decided to work right now and lend a hand to the staff. While organizing the file at the back office, I saw Sir Russel, one of the (DO) Development officer, gathering a loan application, and he shared that if the loan is below 15k, it only needs the approval of the branch manager, and if the loan is 20k, it needs to be approved by the branch manager and the CEO, and lastly, if the loan is 25k above, the member is required to have a family life insurance. In the afternoon I was given a task by Ma'am Julie to input the names of members who mortgage their asset to have a loan and also generate a collection sheet that the (DO) Development officer will use in the morning to collect payments from the members who have a loan.
Day 4
I spent a whole day finding the disclosure agreement that the member signed. The document is very important for Safadeco to file a case against the member who has matured loans, and if they don't find the documents, the branch manager along with the staff in the Sorsogon main branch will be scolded. Until the day ends, we still can't find the missing documents. No one can be jailed because of not paying their loans; however, since we have a loan, we must be responsible to pay on time since it's one of our duties and responsibilities as a member of Safadeco or any cooperatives, bank, or microfinance that we belong to.
Day 5
Early in the morning, the first thing I do is sort and organize the files to find the missing document, and it will take a long time to check all the files of the members due to the sort of manpower because yesterday was the last day of the senior high school students with their 80 hours of work experience. Nelestine and I spent our morning checking the file, and in the afternoon, we couldn't continue to check the files because one of the tellers, Ma'am Marey, asked us to do one of her works about the monthly monitoring of loans that we need to finish this Tuesday.

WEEK 1
Day 1
The first day of OJT is a crucial part and I must do my best because first impressions last. We arrived early at the Safadeco and we're assigned to the Safadeco main branch by the Hr named Ma'am Grace. We are welcomed by the Sorsogon branch manager Mrs. Chloe Ann Bustamante who orients us about Safadeco and what task we would do. We are supervised by the loan clerk named Ms. Julie who gives us our 1st tasks such as verification of data of the members, sorting IDs and finding their corresponding development officer. On our first day, we met the ABM student from Bulan National High School and because I'm talkative and socializing is not a problem, we all became close sadly the next day they went back to Bulan because they already done with their immersion.
Day 2
Since Ma'am Julie was on his (PDO) privilege day off the teller named Ma'am Ivy was the one who gave us a task. She asked us to double-check the withdrawal and deposit slips to see if there is no alteration, if all slips must have a sign and if the date is right. The work is very simple, so we finish it quickly. In the afternoon we gathered at the Safadeco hall to witness new employees (Pmes) stand for a Pre-membership education seminar. Pmes used to give knowledge and idea of what is cooperative and how Safadeco started from piso-piso and now has become a fast-growing cooperative in the Bicol region. I learned that Safadeco not only gives loans to its members they also educate its members to become financially literate because its mission is to uplift the socioeconomic will of the members and the community, they want its members to have a good life as Safadeco keep growing and thriving because the universal mission of the cooperative is to help people help themselves.
Day 3
Today is Saturday but we decided to go to work because there are so many things that Ma'am Julie needs to submit. She gives us the task of finding members who are (MIGS) which means members in good standing. These members who are Migs are qualified to attend the general assembly that only happens once a year in March however not all the members of Safadeco are qualified to attend the general assembly only the members who don't have a penalty paid, penalty due and matured loan. As a good member of Safadeco, one of the responsibilities is to pay back loans on time and attend the general assembly. During the afternoon sir Ryan, the supervisor a PEMs and was required us to as how he do  PMEs because one of these days we will conduct a PMEs to the new members of Safadeco.
Day 4
In the morning the development officer (DO) does their task and due to the limited computer, we can continue our pending work about Migs. To avoid doing nothing we helped the assistant bookkeeper Ma'am Carla to sort and organize receipts and find tin number. After the (DO) left to collect Loans payment from the members, we can now continue our work. While working the bookkeeper named Ma'am Bells saw our work and she discussed the difference between regular, micro-savings and preferred and common paid capital. Ma'am Bells said that the regular and micro savings can be withdrawn anytime by the members however the preferred and common paid capital cannot be withdrawn anytime, and it takes 60 days to process, and the members need to pass a letter and must be approved by the board. In the afternoon every 3:00 p.m. the (DO) comes back with their payments that they pass to the teller and the teller passes the payment. They taught us how to update the data of the loans they collected in the system. It's fascinating and amazing how technology helps the process of payments become faster and easier.
Day 5
The same as yesterday ate Almira and me still can't proceed to do our unfinished work because the (DO) is still working while waiting for the time we help Nelestine, Kathleen and batch2 of senior high school from Bulan National High School find the TIN and sort the folder of the members. While sorting the file I noticed that some of the folders had only yellow specimens or blue specimens due to curiosity I asked the assistant bookkeeper Ma'am Carla what is the meaning of the yellow and blue specimens She explained that a yellow specimen is for the joint account and the blue is for depositor.
Day 6
Same as the previous day we helped to find the TIN and after the (DO) was done with their business now continue finding the Migs. In the afternoon Ma'am Chloe allowed us to judge and give our suggestions about how well the Sorsogon branch conducts a press.  It's because they found out that DO are getting fewer members. After all, aside from collecting payments from the members one of the responsibilities of the (DO) is to get or recruit new members. One of the reasons why they get low new members is because of the way (DO) conductor PMs. I admire how the branch manager's Ma’am Chloe handles their employees and how quickly they solve the problem.
Day 7
Nelestine and I organized and sorted the receipt used by the (DO). The receipt is important because according to Sir Ryan, the BIR is randomly asked it for them. After organizing the receipt, I now photocopy the official receipt of the business that is given to us by Ma'am Julie. In the afternoon we continue the Migs, we are now done identifying the Migs and sorting numbers from gender, its membership classification which Safadeco has five unclassified or regular, bronze, silver, gold and platinum.
Day 8
We are now done finding the TIN and the senior high school students are the ones who put the data in the system, so we don't have anything to do in the morning, we just wait for them do finish their job in the morning and after they are done, we proceed to our work. We are now finding the age, current address and contact numbers of the members who are qualified to attend the general assembly this coming March 22, 2025. In the afternoon we stopped our work for a while because Sir Ryan asks us to listen about his loan orientation to the members. Loan orientation happened because Safadeco wants its members to remember their main reason or purpose why they borrow money, became a responsible payer, became financially literate and can handled the borrowed money effectively.  After the loan orientation we proceed to our work and because no one used Ma’am Julie computer because she is in her (PDO) I was the one who used her computer at the front desk in the office. Her working area was near the air conditioner and  I easily got cold so I worked faster which led me to forget the notebook that I used to take down the things that I do for a day and when I went out of the office to go home the heat surround my body, the sudden change of temperature make my head dizzy and later on I get a fever that's why I can't work at Saturday. To avoid wasting time I went home to Bulan to find a Filipiniana that I will use for the pictorial
