Im exhausted but you are well worth it Grama. I'm glad you're feeling better, you look a hell of a lot better than when I first saw you Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. Numerous things went through my mind when I got the phone call that you were sick and being taken to the hospital. Doctors said that with the IV and all the rest you had, that's what made you better. You're a fighter, you always have been and you always will be. I will always rush to your side when you need me, no matter the circumstance. I don't know what I would do without you. I'm not going to lie, I was terrified that we were going to lose you every time I heard that your BP started to drop. But with the support you received and everyone fighting for you, you did the best thing you could have done and allowed your body to fight for you. Staying with you at the hospital as i did, I was scared to fall asleep because i was worried that I wouldnt wake up to you talking to me. I managed to get some cat naps in. I woke up every hour on the hour to check on you to make sure you were okay and had what you needed. But you just slept. Im glad I could be there and be able to come home and nap with you today and tonight in the comforts of your home. Happy Birthday to my baby girl, Sadie! She turns 9 today! Man oh man do I love this cat. But here's the thing, she's not just a cat, she's like my kid. I have been so grateful that she has been apart of my life for these last 9 years. She has been my little ride or die kitty. Through all the moves in Oregon to bouncing back and forth from Oregon and Arizona. She still puts up with me lol. I couldn't ask for a better furry companion. All of her cuddles and that motor that just relaxes me to where I want to fall asleep. I love her with all of my heart. No one could ever take my babies place. Ever. She's happy and healthy and that's what I care about. She may not like her baths, when I decide to give her one, or getting her nails clipped. But she gets over being mad at me fairly quickly because she wants her cuddle time with Momma. Sadie baby, you are my world and I love you so much.
