And now I’m at 137 so the lowest I have been since graduating college. I’ve lost 40lbs so far while on WW.
Weight loss journey
Trying to get back into the groove of things with weight loss. It has been hard with study abroad in Europe and coming back to birthdays to eat healthy and work out. Before leaving the for the trip I was at 139 (roughly), my highest was 178 back in October of 2016. I know I am no where near that 139 mark which is depressing to think about. Last month I started working out again. Now that I am done with grad school I look forward to putting my energy into working out and eating right.

Well this didn't age well... I gained all that weight back then some. But now I am back down to 156 after being at 179 back in January. This time I am not focused on calories but making better food choices through Weight Watchers. But this time I am back working on my doctorates degree.

Little things you can do to help the environment:
Recycle
Use reusable items (ex: metal straws and reusable shopping bags)
Use less plastic
Grow your own garden
Take shorter showers
Use a drink bottle
If possible, walk or use a bike instead using a car
DON'T LITTER
Donate or sale old clothes or other old household items instead of throwing them away
Turn off electronics when they're not in use to save energy
Switch to LED light bulbs
Try to eat less meat and dairy products

“I think of how, in Czech, ‘to paint’ and ‘to love’ are only one vowel away: malovat; milovat. The salutation alone is written. I paint you, I paint you, I paint you.”
