Bold.org: The Search for Scholarships
I'm so excited about finding bold.org! In the past, I've used scholarship websites like fastweb and niche, but they all seemed so pointless and like I never had a chance of winning. On bold.org, I feel like I might actually have a chance!
One part of bold.org I really love is the points system. In my opinion, the bold points system is a great way to show scholarship donors who is actually serious about pursuing scholarships and who just randomly signs up.
I also really enjoy being able to create such a personal profile compared to other scholarship websites! It makes me feel more confident about putting my ideas out there into my essays without the context of my personality. I also think it's really cool how how can choose to make your previous scholarship essays public or private. If you're a very strong writer, this is an amazing opportunity to showcase multiple samples of your writing to a scholarship panel even if you only technically submit one essay.
I discovered bold.org while searching for scholarships on my own and just stumbling across the site, but if you use a friend's referral link to sign up, you automatically become eligible for the $5,000 no-essay Top Friend Scholarship! I wish I knew that beforehand! So if you're interested in joining bold.org and all the amazing scholarship opportunities on their site, you can use this link to be eligible for the Top Friend Scholarship.
I hope everyone who sees this enjoys bold.org as much as I do!
Here's the link to my profile if you want an example to check out :)
