It really sounds like your life has flipped and so fast. Were you unhappy before?

I really shed a lot of myself over the past 6 months, i definitely wasn’t unhappy but very confused and questioning my ‘purpose’ i think i went searching for it in people, places, jobs and experiences. I mostly ignored this feeling and painted over it with going out and having fun often to not think about it.

The last 6 months might have been me searching for a reason why i’m here and what i’m meant to do. I now think it’s to be a wife, to travel, and find myself or something. But lately realizing my purpose is having no purpose lmaooo. It’s just to live my life and do what i feel like doing in that moment because i don’t know how to do anything else!

That’s why so much has changed and i allowed it to, because i think i deeply needed it! I was gripping onto los angeles, gripping onto staying committed to only myself and the things i was used to, I wanted that to change so i did that. I got into a relationship after saying i never liked them, got engaged and married. I moved from los angeles after saying It’s my only home. And i began giving myself to others and staying less hyper dependent on myself. Asking for help if i need it for something big or small, being open to my own mistakes and dropping that mindset that i need to go out, drink, and be with 10 friends all the time.

I’m living more mundane because it’s what my life has currently pulled me toward. 🙏 Don’t know why i talked a lot but I did

Honestly wanted something different compared to where both he and I had lived and we love it. It feels very home-like and has its combination of both countrysides like Vermont and city like Los angeles, it’s not much cheaper 🥴 But a good start to a journey that’s comfortable. I can’t say it’s better but it’s a good match for us

I will be moving back to Vermont and staying. I’m not sure when, we wanted to try a couple of different locations before deciding altogether. But i know before fall i’ll have a decision
