many thoughts on big time party…

particularly carlos texting all of his contacts to invite them to the party! imagine the guy you sit next to in history moves to la and joins a boy band and you don’t hear from him for months. then suddenly he randomly texts you and invites you to a gigantic party across the united states.

like… did that kind of change the perspectives of his friends back home?

it’s clear he’s great at making friends, based on the sheer amount of people that did come to the party, so is it too much to assume he had almost triple the amount of people in his phone from minnesota than he did from los angeles?

were some of his friends excited that he was making new friends? did it make some of them think he was becoming another washed up hollywood celebrity who just partied all the time? did it inspire some of them to reach out and start a conversation since they hadn’t spoken in a while?

or perhaps they already had a reputation of being the duluth party kings of duluth and it was just another message all carlos’ friends got… the idea of everyone in his phone in one mass text is entirely a possibility lolll

New OC Introductions

Surprise even more to introduce I have problems.

Game of Thrones

Magoza Gisgo (Avan Jogia FC), Daenerys Targaryen ship. Son of a high ranking leader of Meereen, Magoza was different than many others. When the woman known as Khaleesi came to his city and freed the slaves of the city, killing the Masters, he wasn't as upset. Of course, his own father was killed, and that was unfortunate from the part of him that acknowledged his love for him, but Magoza did not support slavery himself. Which is why, as the Mother of Dragon's hold on the city seems to start weakening, he goes to her with a proposal. Marriage to a wealthy Meereenese leader, to win over some of the other more traditional men. And since he is one of the very few that already was okay with slaves being freed, well, he was the easy choice.

Lorra Baelish (Katherine Langford FC), Sansa Stark ship. Lorra truly did not know how her father got away with as much as he did, though even she doesn't know the extent of his scheming despite living with him in King's Landing. Petyr does care for his daughter, but he is constantly trying to get ahead and sometimes Lorra's annoyance with it gets to her, leading to her looking for someone else to spend time with to hide from it. Enter Sansa Stark. The girls grow close, Lorra comforting her after Joffrey's torments and her father's death. And when the time comes for Petyr to take Sansa out of there, well it's only natural his daughter comes with.

Glee

Jonathan Karofsky (Mike Faist FC), Blaine Anderson and Sebastian Smythe ship. It's hard enough being a closeted gay kid in Lima, Ohio. It's even harder when your older brother is one of the main perpetrators of homophobia in your school. Jonathan tries to get through everything best he can, he's on the football team with Dave, he makes sure to not look too long at anyone in the locker room, he hides some of his real interests, he manages to avoid anything where he'd be around when Dave is spewing insults and certainly avoids any situation where he has to run into Kurt Hummel. But when Kurt momentarily joins the football team, when Finn Hudson asks him to join, well. Finn's straight and in Glee, right? It can't hurt that much.

Okay tooootally forgot to introduce these new guys that I adopted from @rose-of-oz ( @dollysplotshop ) but they're now all on the masterlists and ready to vibe

Glee

Marilyn Mao (Havana Rose Liu FC), Santana Lopez ship. Ever since fifth grade, Marilyn Mao and Santana Lopez have hated each other. Not just passive aggressive comments or gossip online (though there was plenty of that), full on arguments, competition, everyone in Lima. Hell, everyone in Ohio, knew about their issues. It didn't seem to be made better when Marilyn came out as a lesbian in sophomore year, actually worryingly enough Santana seemed to get even meaner, but it all came to a head when they hooked up at a party. And maybe the rivalry can start to fizzle out while Santana figures herself out with the New Directions.

Gilmore Girls

Jack Sharma (Avan Jogia FC), Rory Gilmore & Logan Huntzberger ship. One of many nepo babies in Yale, Jack was also one of many that didn't seem to really care about his higher education. What set him apart, were his parties. Sure, he's only a sophomore, and sure there's been lots of legendary Yale parties, but Jack's are a special breed. The only reason he wasn't expelled was because of his parents just holding out for him to pick a study. And just because he's usually drunk and having a party, doesn't mean he's a shitty person, so when journalism student Rory Gilmore needs help from a creep, well of course he'll help out. And checking on her after is just following through, not just because she's cute.

Fernando "Nando" Morales (Oscar Isaac FC), Luke Danes ship. Nando could have taught anywhere, a wealthy family, a good education, he could have just become a university professor and just be set for life and done with it. But he chose Chilton, still rich and privileged, but he felt like he could do more in the world with teaching high schoolers. High schoolers like Rory Gilmore, whose mother Lorelai ends up becoming a good friend. She's different, even if she also grew up in wealth and privilege like him, and he really enjoys their talks. And when Lorelai invites him to her home in Stars Hollow, how could he say no? Especially with the amount of wacky characters that live in town, and the very attractive owner of the diner.

Harliane Mormont (Arya Stark ship)

Harliane lived in Winterfell, a Mormont girl who was one of the companions of Sansa Stark. Harliane did enjoy her friendship with her, however, she is a Mormont girl. Even when she lived in Winterfell more, she still was a fighter, a wild girl of Bear Island at heart, and so she did often hang out more with Arya. Just a couple years younger than her and yet a little more interested in the fighting aspect like she was. So she would spend time with Sansa, and then she’d spar a little with Arya. But then the girls left, Harliane stayed in Winterfell for a time, writing to Sansa and hearing about the capital. But then Theon Greyjoy betrayed the Starks, he took Winterfell, and she left. She managed to get away and then she was on her own, traveling and fighting if needed, doing what it took to survive. Until she runs into Arya again, both jaded and older, and she decides to travel with The Hound and her to get her back to her family. If only it were that easy.

Robert Baratheon felt otherwise. Wylla, not quite Lyanna but closer than he’s had in years, was given an invitation to join. To live in King’s Landing, the excuse being for her to help watch over her nieces while her brother works. She didn’t want to go. The North, Winterfell, that’s her home. But who is she to refuse the king? Refuse the man who cared for her sister more than anything? So she goes. She leaves her home and family and is trying to stay strong about it all, but with the Queen hating the way her husband keeps finding excuses to talk to her and issues growing with her brother’s position, it’s getting harder

Truth be told, Eddaric had anticipated having far more time with his wife during their wedding. However, it felt as though he hadn't had a single moment with Delfina since he'd replaced her maiden cloak with his. But finally, there she was, walking up to him and looping her arm through his.

"I missed you," she said, for only him to hear.

"And I, you. I had lost faith that we would ever have a moment of peace."

Her smile was soft, sweet; a version of her that only Eddaric was permitted to see.

"I can still hardly fathom that they allowed us to wed," he confessed.

Delfina's smile remained unchanged, but he saw a familiar glint in her eye: equal parts fond and conniving, as if she knew something that he didn't.
