I accept that today is a down day.

I’m physically unwell.

This is preventing me from accomplishing things I was really looking forward to accomplishing. This is making me frustrated, sad and discouraged.

That’s okay.

Today is now a practice day.

Practicing prioritizing rest, practicing listening to my body, practicing accepting and sitting with physical and emotional discomfort.

Every time I practice I become more resilient.

the hardest thing is when ur going through something terrible there is an awful middle phase of it when u don’t know if u can get through it or if you’ll ever be okay again and the truth is always you will get through it and you will absolutely be okay again but u just cant see it at the time
