CAS SUMMARY
18 month process of doing CAS was very interesting and educating experience for me. During this time I was exploring my passions and skills. My CAS activities were changing through the whole process because I was looking for a variety of things that are important and interesting for myself. After the whole process I am able to say that I am confident about my skills in filmography and cooking and my whole dancing and body confident activities helped me to understand my inner side. The thing that I enjoyed the most was doing photos and short movies that will be evidences for my CAS. I always tried to make them different and with my little touch. I think that is visible in my documentary because on every photo if it is a meal with special spice or beautifully made; activity which is done with smile and voices of my friends in background; or, service actions that are about helping others and photos are from the process of helping. I also enjoyed the part of making the descriptions because thanks to it I was able to focus on my skills and development and I felt more confident. At the beginning it was hard for me to come up with the reflections but now I know that finding good and bad sides of doing something has its benefits and is helpful for future improvement. CAS was a fun experience, although sometimes I run out of time to finish my posts. However, the whole CAS experience has taught me that self-confidence and accepting your fails is a base for improvement.

Service (February)
Finał concert from the tour. Here is a film that is in RAW format and before the coloring and mastering. I was doing the film with a camera on rig. My journey with boys has come to the end. But after whole tour I feel more experienced with stage film and photo. It is also the end of my CAS journey with photo and film and I need to say that I learned a lot and in half year time I went from zero to pretty good level of making media. I am proud of myself for learning and being patient if something went bad.

Creativity (February)
Last cooking on my CAS blog. i enjoyed my time during winter break in Sicily. Here is a classic tomato pasta with only italian ingridients and fresh pasta bought in Italian market. It was a pleasure to cook from those aromatic ingredients and the outcome was delicious. It wasn't a huge challenge for me but it was a pure pleasure. Enjoy!

Activity (February)
Walking. On my winter break I went to Sicily. On my first day i made 15000 steps and went to all picked locations on map. Here is a photo of me in botanical garden and a photo of map of our neighbor in Palermo. Beautiful weather made walking even more pleasant. I was a bit exhausted at the evening and my legs were in pain but it was worth it.

Activity (February)
Walk with my dog. I went to my hometown few days ago and had time with my relatives any my pets. My dog prezent on the picture is a saved from a driveway mixed race dog. Here is a photo of him. Me and my brother took him for a long walk to the forest near to our home. It was a nearly 2 hour walk and after it we and the dog was pretty exhausted because of constant running and changing tempos. We thought it will be a calm walk but it turned into Sunday’s workout
