Glordon species seem to be some kind of larvas or caterpillars that can weave silk

What if Glordon by the end of the movie rejects their suit enhancements and evolves into a new type bug? Symbolizing him outgrowing his dad in a way

At first i thought that his dad is already on the adult stage cuz he has eyes, but it seems like just a decoration display piece, i guess the amount of eyes showing their rank system, cuz regular troopers have only one, Grigon has four, and larvas have none

Maybe metamorphosis is a sort of taboo, because it goes against their norms and laws, so no one can truly fulfill their true potential
