Kind of hilarious to me how poorly the title "Mob Psycho 100" localized to English-speaking areas. To someone whose first language is English, it scans as:

Mob (Yakuza, Mafia)

Psycho (violent person with "crazy" behaviors)

Thus: a particularly violent member of organized crime.

But in Japanese it scans as:

Mob (background characters in crowd scenes in manga or anime)

Psycho (short for psychic)

Thus: a psychic who looks/acts like someone you'd never pick out of a crowd scene in a comic.

I'd like to introduce everyone to this horrid thing I created about a year ago but haven't shown many people yet (probably for the best).

This is Baby. AKA The Monster. AKA Sight Tremendous and Abhorred, AKA Vile Insect, AKA A Thing Such As Even Dante Could Not Have Conceived, etc, etc. It's made from bits of scrap fabric I scrounged from various sources and is roughly the size of a human toddler. Its design is based on Mary Shelly's original descriptions of Frankenstein's creature.

But that's not all! Behold!

You can dissect this little abomination to reveal a full set of crocheted, knitted, and scrap fabric organs, all hand-stitched by yours truly!

It has a heart, stomach, lungs, liver, small and large intestine, kidneys, bladder, and, of course, a brain! So it can ponder the horrors of its own existence!

I used this pattern by Less Than Three for the heart. I ended up felting it because I screwed up most of the stitches (I was relatively new to crochet at the time). The result was a bit of a blobby mess, but oh well.

So yeah. This thing lives in my house now (my family hates it). I have yet to reap the full consequences of my hubris.

I do think it's pretty funny that fanfic premises based on illegitimate kids as an excuse for crossovers over the years have gone from "Mom character CHEATED on Dad character 😡" to "once upon a time, mommy and daddy had a threesome and now we have YOU!" lmaoooo. People don't want marital discord they just want a third parent

thinking about. how strange the world in isat must be. there's the "what are colors" thing of course. and the whole island slipping out of memory and leaving knowledge voids behind. now suppose that only dormont experienced the time freeze and the loops while the rest of the world kept going - is dormont hanging a season behind the countries around it, or something? following northern hemisphere schedule despite being southern hemisphere?

those are just events we know of! imagine how many other Strange Things Possibly Caused By Wish Craft In Times Past are out there in that world that make no sense but are part of their reality regardless.

Tärkeintä täs on se vika kirjain/ihan sanan loppu. Jos sun murre muuttaa jotain sanan keskeltä, niin niillä ei tässä oo väliä (mut voit toki kertoo tageissa tms.) Mua kiinnostaa nyt se, et onko siellä lopussa kirjakielessä sanaan kuuluva n-kirjain vai ei. Ja pliis kerro myös niin tarkasti kuin somessa haluat et mistä päin Suomea oot! Jos siis vaan ok niin kerro jopa kaupunki (tai lähin kaupunki) yritän selvittää täs jotain todella spesifiä :D
