Honestly its to the benefit of the first division that Kikoru was the one that got transferred over instead of Reno, that boy would have been such a menace

The fact 99% of the unit couldn’t care less about Kafka’s wellbeing outside of his immediate use as a weapon? Honestly I think that would drive Reno up the wall, despite his tendency to mother Kafka. Reno has viewed Kafka as his personal hero ever since Kafka jumped in yo saved him from that Yoju attack in the first episode. It would bother him so bad to watch Kafka be treated so coldly by everyone in the first division.

I don’t think Reno would be directly sassing his superiors. However I can see him staying incredibly aloof and formal with everyone BUT Kafka to a very noticeable degree.

And I imagine Kafka himself would have verrry mixed feelings on this change of behavior from Reno
