Some Positivity

You know, I understand. Life isn't really fair. We can't all make every single goal we want to in life, and that's ok. We are going to have good experiences. We are going to have bad experiences. There are things you feel that you are never going to survive through, but you can. No matter what you may feel, no matter how void of hope you may feel, you are going to be ok. There is always a reason to keep fighting, to keep pushing through. Be hard on yourself if you need to be, but not in a negative way. Don't insult yourself, don't set impossible goals. Sometimes baby steps is the way to go about it. But never stop pushing yourself to break better ground. You've survived 100% of your worst days. You will continue to survive, and you will continue to thrive. Things may be crumbling, and there may never be balance. We all have our woes, we all have our struggles, but that does not invalidate you. It doesn't make you weak. The fact of the matter what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. No matter what, you will have at least someone who will be here. Someone who cares even if it feels like thats impossible.

I'm a very damaged person, I've been through the wringer and I know how it feels to be hopeless, and damaged. Horribly traumatized by the unfair natures of life and people that have dragged me down. But, I'm still here. If I can push through, so can you.

You are not alone. Help is always out there.
